I absolutely love the jewelry at this store, but the last 2 necklaces I’ve bought have fallen apart. I bought a necklace two days ago and literally wore it one time and now 1 of the 3 strands has disconnected. :(And it’s not like I’m being rough with it, I wore it around the house and suddenly noticed one strand hanging. The designs are beautiful, but if I’m going to spend more money than I normally would on a piece, I expect it to last well over one wear. My Forever 21 costume jewelry shouldn’t outlast theirs. I’m not sure if they offer repairs, but if that were the case I would feel a little better about buying more of their stuff.

Horrible customer service. There was one associate working, she greeted me from the back counter when I walked in. Never really followed up with me after, I mentioned what kind of jewelry I was looking for and mentioned that they had a lot of jewelry that were similar and she gave me a look like she wasn’t interested in helping me, and talked to me like I was stupid. I’ve worked customer service ever since I was 15 years old, i’m not one to be the«customer service police», I make sure to read all promotional signs and look around before asking questions, because I know what it’s like TOBEASKED stupid questions. She practically pushed me out of the store with the vibes she was giving me, way to make a sale with a customer who was actually looking to purchase jewelry! I’ll be coming back again just to be my own secret shopper and get her name next time so I can post it on Unilocal.(;

I shopped here on the night of Aug 8th with a friend. I told the saleslady that I was most interested in getting a new chain for my existing pendant. She showed me a few decent but slightly overpriced necklaces with pendants. Once I picked a necklace, she grabbed a pair of pliers, disconnected the pendant, and sold me the necklace for the price listed for the chain-and-pendant combo. When I asked for a bag for the pendant, she said I’d have to buy it separately for the same price that I had just paid for the chain, which I declined to do. Additionally, since they were running a 20% sale on necklaces, the chain I bought was not returnable, which the saleslady did not tell me. I found out when I checked the recept later that evening, after reconsidering my purchase. Overall, the experience left me feeling ripped off and unwilling to shop there again.

I like this place a lot. I like their store, and their pieces, unique handmade and delicate. Sometimes beautiful earries go on sale, and they are a steal! I will definitely be back for more.

I’ve been in the store on several occasions and the customer service experience hasn’t been great during any of my visits. I’ve been ignored each visit. My most recent visit, I went to redeem my Groupon and was given attitude by the sales rep because they had a store sale. I wasn’t asking to use the Groupon on-top of the sale and didn’t actually realize that a sale was going on. I was simply there to use my Groupon before it expired and get some fun stuff. I don’t think I’ll be back, sale, groupon or otherwise.

Understated, exquisite, gemstones, naturally catching to the eye. Love the necklace but not sure if I would pay the price for it. Maybe if you are a wholesaler, you should look into her. :)

I enjoy walking around Santana Row. I sometimes stop by here to check out the jewelry selection. Some of the jewelries are affordable and some can be expensive. I walked past this shop yesterday and saw a purse I really liked. I was hoping it wasn’t too expensive, so I can treat myself. I went in and checked it out. The item was on sale for $ 55, so I went ahead and bought it. I was debating on the tan or black purse, so I asked the cashier for help. The cashier was friendly and helpful. I normally don’t find much stuff here that I really like. However, it’s always nice to stop by here to browse. This was my 1st purchase at this store.

I’m not sure if most the pieces here are from just one designer, but you can definitely tell that they are going for dainty, girlie, and delicate. The kind of stuff Lucky mag might feature, Anthropologie would copy, and your girlfriend would love. Unique enough to seem«one-of-a-kind» and handmade, but definitely not to be mistaken for a piece you got at the Art & Wine festival. Great place to peruse for a gift. They sell mostly jewelry, though they offer a few bags, and a rack of shawls/wraps/tops. Space is a little small, but product is merchandised well enough that you don’t feel suffocated. I already knew what I wanted and found it within 1 minute of stepping into the store, so the sales lady working that day didn’t have an opportunity to do a little foreplay. She was nice, did the standard, and let me know that there was a 20% sale off everything that day. Prices are conservative. Nothing crazy, I wouldn’t quite say affordable, because some of the pieces can look a little«minimal», since they are delicate. $ 50 for a tiny necklace might be within reach, I guess, but definitely not cheap… but pretty enough to shell out $ 90 for a gorgeous necklace without feeling a pang of buyer’s remorse.

This little store is a hidden treasure. I first saw their store in Capitola and now at Santana Row! The staff are so sweet and the jewelry is so unique. Great rings and scarves too. Best of all the prices are so great! A wonderful experience and I have been a repeat customer for a long time. Thank You!

I love the jewelry designs by Flying Lizard. So unique, simple, and elegant. I just bought three earrings, and I want to go back for more! I highly recommend this place for purchasing for yourself or as a special gift to someone.

The jewelry here is absolutely beautiful! All the jewelry is great for he night on the town and it’s usually on sale. Not only do they have jewelry, but they have a little rack of apparel, as well as really cute hand bags. I came in here last week because the sparkle drew me in. I was greeted right away, mentioned the whole boutique was 20% off, and she asked me if I was looking for anything specific. I told her I was looking for some cute jewelry for my mom’s Christmas stocking stuffer as well as a cute satchel for a night out at the bars. The employee here was SONICE. I told her the style I was looking for and she suggested a bunch of cute rings. I ended up buying an adorable ring for my mom for $ 22. I was already happy that I found something for my mom, but it wasn’t until she pulled out the perfect satchel, where I died and went to heaven. I have been looking for a bar bag for weeks. Juicy Couture had one for $ 200 and my second choice was at Guess for $ 50. I got my black bar bag/satchel thing here for $ 30. I am very happy. It’s simple and subtle, yet stylish. If the employee didn’t show me this bag, I would have never seen it because it was behind a few bigger bags. I am very happy she helped me out. I spent $ 50 in 10 minutes, but hey– I am an extremely satisfied customer :) This is definitely an affordable place for Santana Row, and the jewelry although not real, looks very classy and is at a reasonable price. The bags are unique and have a great material to them. I will be getting my jewelry here in the future!

I love the jewelry is very nice and delicate. The only beef I have is with the annoying staff. The girl there that day was not very helpful and if anything she was REALLY irritating with her obnoxious voice. Prices go from $ 20 – 200 so its a nice range for gifting those you love.

My new favorite jewelry store! Beautiful, delicate jewelry — briolette cuts, gem beads, small barrel cuts, on delicate chains — in a wide variety of stones and styles. Think Me & Ro or Ten Thousand Things, but at a MUCH better price(earrings around $ 25 – 50, necklaces $ 100 – 200). Really friendly and helpful staff, willing to take out lots of items to try on and suggest other items.

I love the jewelry here. [hint, hint] Delicate necklaces, earrings, and pendants — many inspired by spiritual symbols and often incorporating beautiful rare gemstones. It’s no wonder why the designer’s pieces are also loved by so many celebrities and featured in magazines and movies. These are the kind of pieces that are eye catching and make an outfit, and that you can wear daily. Most pieces are between $ 50-$ 100 and go up to around $ 200. Not too hefty of a price to pay for lasting beauty. How I always justify a purchase? Every time someone compliments you on it, the compliment is worth $ 5 of the purchase. In no time, it will have paid itself off!
