Should be called Low Quality. Amazingly incompetent and indifferent. It’s hard to imagine how they stay in business. Awful experience with them … took forever and we had to check their every move to correct all the mistakes.

So today a person by the name of P**o came from Hye Quality carpets to inspect a second time. V******a on the phone yesterday said that she was sending a Sales person since the installers last time did not give an accurate report. They told her that the issues were fixed and that only one room needed tone fixed.
P**o comes to the door and I go to shake his hand and he stares at it and then hands me a business card. Classy P**o, very classy. I’m sure that trick has served you well. Though with the exception of that and a few other things he said, he did remain professional.
He inspects, takes pictures and states that a household vacuum can potentially be the cause. I tell him that’s a tough case to make given it’s a household vacuum and the carpet is berber. Berber is known to be one of the most durable carpets.
He will send his report to the Insurance company for review. Worth noting that he only took a picture of a few of the issues.

I would avoid this place at all cost! especially if PRESTON is still going out and doing floor estimates… And not giving you all of the info that you should know ahead of time!
They installed new floors throughout my house, the product had wood bi products in it??? anyway after all was said and done, and installed Preston said «you do know that this flooring will not hold water!» WHAT??? I had no idea that if water was on there for any period of time the flooring would bubble up! and stay that way! I have a pool in the back and three dogs— which had not been moved in yet but again he was aware of them which to most people means possible messes/​pee! When i was in the showroom and he was showing me floor samples and how durable the flooring was, but again nothing about possible water damage??? I should have complained a long time before but have just been slowly watching my floor bubble in different places… and look like $##$%. !
Not to mention that they broke a sliding mirrored closet door and when i told preston he said that the guys said it was that way… are you kidding me — they took the doors off to put flooring in the master closet, and i hadn’t moved in yet! I told him that the old owner and the relator were aware of this and i would take action if they did not fix it… after going in circles for a bit he had them fix it! Oh also just a little thing i had a 24 pack bottled water sealed together and put away in the kitchen and the workers helped themselves to almost half of the waters… i know that they are cheap, but? it does take nerve!
And BTW. Preston if you are still there what you did was rotten to just keep the sale and get your commission … i would have paid more or did whatever i would have needed to if i had just had any idea beforehand about the cheap flooring that bubbles when any liquid stays on it for i guess? 10 minutes or more… I hope others have not /​are not suffering from your unethical business practices!

Soooo close to a 5! I had a great experience with Hye. We are having to replace all the flooring on our second floor and most on the first. I was not looking forward to selecting carpeting or sorting through mountains of tile. When I walked into the showroom I was so overwelmed; so many more options than I thought and it was so much to take in (clearly, they have a huge selection). Honestly, I thought I’d be that person who took 2 months to pick out flooring. Took me less than an hour! Dikran has this down to a science. He reassured me that it would be painless and with his technique, it was easy and quick. I was so grateful for his professionalism and the valueable help and direction with the design modification. Thanks Dikran!

I’m gonna need to knock a couple stars off for price. We had them do a quote for some repair work and they came in a full 50% higher than the company we chose to do the work (who did an awesome job). Check Unilocal and be sure to get at least 3 quotes before making your decision!
