Twenty years of experience advising business clients in company formation, choice of LLC, partnership, S-​Corporation and C Corporations. Key clients include the original formation and US — Cayman Islands — China structure of Baidu — now China’s most successful search engine — as well as many Silicon Valley venture capital backed startups in computers, high-​tech, bio-​tech and other fields. Shawn advises on licensing, contracts, stock, options, investments, financing, intellectual property and the entire range of business issues.
