The first time I stepped foot in Care orthodontists It was for a free braces consultation I was nervous and excited. As soon as I walked in with my mother we were immediately helped with signing in and were seen by Nancy Phan within 10 min of getting there, I was super surprised by this! We were then taken into a room to take pictures of my teeth and discuss an estimated price. During the process of taking the pictures I felt very comfortable in the hands of Nancy Phan and her assistant (not sure what your name was but, you’re so sweet)
THE BIG DAY
It was the day I would finally get my braces! I was nervous and felt very anxious but, but this all changed when I was taken into the hands of Ivon she is very easy going, SWEET & TALKATIVE she talked to me throughout the entire process and always asked how I was doing while placing my brackets. Once my braces were completely on Ivon helped me pick out the rubber band color for my braces (Which I absolutely love)

Sabrina & Ivon are the best workers there, they always show there support and love for there work. They always help the costumers and are always there to help!

Today is the day that i finally get to take my braces off. Well let me start by saying dr. Phan is AMAZING. i went to 4 consultation before i decided to go with her, the first 3 orthodontist didn’t give me as much options as she did, she took everything in consideration and decided what was best for me. My teeth look amazing now and im literally in tears on how happy i am.

I went here for a second opinion the staff were real nice but I did not end up going with them because they asked me how would I feel if they treatment will take another 18 – 24 months (treatment coordinator advise me not orthodontist) and I feel it shouldn’t take a another 2 years. They have provided me with a quote and it’s about the price of a new ortho treatment. I ended up going with another ortho who did an x-​ray and examine me explained my situation it would take 8 – 10 months at the max.

I love care orthodontist and the staff, they were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended

I came in to the office for a free braces consultation.
Scheduling was easy — it wasn’t too difficult to get a hold of the front desk. The receptionist could’ve been a little bit more efficient. She moved and spoke a little too slowly for my taste. I also would’ve assumed she’d have the paperwork ready since I had an appointment. The waiting room seems very entertaining — there are computers and a TV. I didn’t have to wait too long before being seen by Dr. Phan. She was very kind, attentive, and wanted to make sure she answered any and all questions I had regarding braces. She was very knowledgeable about the different methods, as well as cost. Unfortunately the consultation manager had left for lunch, so I couldn’t receive many estimates at the time of the appointment. I provided my email address, so I was a little irked as to why she didn’t email me the information (we played some phone tag). Once we got a hold of each other though, she was also very friendly and knowledgeable about the procedures, insurance info, and payment plans.
I would recommend this office. Sweet and friendly staff, and very knowledgeable.

This office is one of the best. Dr. Phan and her staffs are awesome!
If you want to find a caring, nice and most of all: honest orthodontist, Dr. Phan is the one.
Dr. Phan would not recommend a service or procedure that is not needed. We brought our Son there for a free consultant to check out his option, and Dr. Nancy suggested not doing anything with him. His teeth will develop normally soon.
For my daughter, we went there for almost 8 months now. I am convinced that Dr. Nancy always makes decision that is best for my Daughter. My daughter case is a little complicated — under bite, and misalignment in her jaw. My daughter was afraid of smiling because of teeth. We already see some improvements after a few months of treatment. We are confident the final result should be good.
Her price plan is very fair and competitive. I checked out at least 3 different popular places. I am a very careful /​systematic person. So, I came in the offices and interviewed each Doctor vs. my 15 questions in my interview list. Dr. Nancy passed all of my tests!!!
Beside Dr. Nancy, everyone else in the office is fantastic.
The office manager: Angie, she is very kind. She took her time to explain about the treatments vs. price in very detail.
The Team: Georgia, Rosa, Christine, Alba, and everyone else are super good.
Just last week, our appointment was supposed to be cancelled because Dr. Nancy could not come to the office, Rosa stepped in to help us to remove the wire for my daughter before she went to the specialist to remove her baby tooth. She also took the time to find the X-​ray and sent to our specialist office. If Georgia/​Rosa did not step in, we would have to cancel the appointment with the Specialist as well.
Taking about Georgia, I don’t know how to thanks her enough. She really goes extra miles to help out patients. There were at least 3 occasions that we need help urgently. Even the office was fully booked, Georgia helped to work around their busy schedule to «fit» us in.
For example, during July 4^th weekend, the office was closed for holiday, but, I need urgent help. I was able to contacted Georgia during this off time. This easy our fears when we really needed to talk to someone in the office. 3 other times, we need to bring our daughter there to remove the brace/​wire before going to our general dentist for cavity filling, baby teeth removals, etc… Georgia always there to help us, she works around their office busy schedule to make sure our daughter got a good and fast care. Georgia is absolutely one of the best !!!
I strongly recommend this office to anyone who cares about a good Orthodontist Dentist with one of the best staffs. Dealing with many appointments for Orthodontic work is already hectic. So, knowing the Dental office will work with us would help a lot.

Dr. Phan is really detailed oriented and friendly. She’s also really patient and really takes the time to make sure her patients have the best result. The staff in the office is also really great and courtesy. Highly recommend her if you want to have perfectly straight teeth.

An orthodontist from my general dentistry practice took one look at my teeth and told me I needed surgery. I do believe I need jaw surgery, but because of my financial situation, I don’t think it’s very necessary.
What is necessary, however, is braces. I have various problems with my teeth, crowding, bad bites, over jets, and more. My family could never afford braces but now that I am a working college student, I finally got the chance to fix my teeth.
I turned to Care Orthodontics, alone and scared for the outcome. I went in nervous but I came out smiling, even with a crooked smile. Everyone was kind, reassuring, and compassionate. They discussed the available plans and worked with me. They really know how to take care of their clients and are both professional and understanding.
I cried of happiness when I was told I could get braces with a plan I wanted. I definitely recommend Care Orthodontics and l look forward to the next few years with them.

I just took my braces off today! I couldn’t be any happier then today. I can finally smile without being embarrassed. Special thanks to Dr. Phan and her amazing staff. My 2.5 years of treatment was worth the pain. Everyone here is nice and friendly. They know how to take good care of their patients. Dr. Phan is very talented and good at what’s she doing. If you have a any questions she would answers them all. I am so glad I made the right decision to go here in the first place. Took my braces off today! Thank you doctor Nancy and staffs. I’m really happy with the result. My long two years with grills was worth it! Dr Nancy answers all my questions. Staffs are well trained and knows what they’re doing. My teeth are straight and I’m one happy camper! Thanks again!

I was a patient at Care Orthodontics for around 2 years, and I had such a good experience with Dr. Phan and all of her assistants. They were always so accommodating with all of my concerns and treated me with respect and care. I remember being anxious of choosing where to get my braces back then, but I am glad I chose Care Ortho. I’m very happy with how my teeth look! On June 29, one part time a doctor, a may not have the professional training of nurse, made a treatment in my mouth, I was tortured for a month. I have a bad experience in the office, there are two doctors, however, the two doctors won’t talk about the patient’s condition, if wrong, they will only protect each other, they would not admit the mistake, can only say that the error is caused by the patient… This office for the medium price, but just below average service…
…During the clinical treatment, I got a very bad experience, once, that part time a doctor, she wore a RInG my teeth, she does not smooth the iron ring, I returned home for several hours, I feel hurt my tongue, to wait two days, I can not eat, that is the day on Monday, even worse in the past, the clinic on Tuesday, Wednesday is closed, the two days I only drink milk nutrients, now in retrospect, also want to cry, my friend said I can complain about them, then I think, my treatment is not yet complete, I also need to face them, so did not go to the complaint, their services are rough, even if you Tell then you problems, they will only tell you «this is normal, «they will only in disguise, even if you are not satisfied, they will not tell the truth, just nonsense, fool you, they will just put all the responsibility to the patient. Actually my teeth problem is small, just a little out, under 2 years of treatment of $ 4500, I didn’t ask for discount, but they still do very poor, very poor, in July, they used a very thick wire, I feel the mouth was distorted, is the end of July, I collapse, depression⋯⋯

I just want to tell you, doctor nancy is a professional, but another part time the doctor, her judgment makes me feel afraid, I remember, the first month she has strong wire for me, this is obviously a mistake, there are some nurses is not professional, you must be very careful examination, each time has a different approach, however, if a small mistake, they will still maintain the office staff, because they don’t want to office responsible! Some nurses is a professional, but they will not make an appointment for you nurse, who have time who help you do, they work in your mouth for about 20 minutes each time, most of the time lying in wait, returned home found the problem to repair, is a waste of time!!!
Since June 29 the appointment, in July I have a dark, at the end of July, I ask them to change the wire, they refused, I helpless, only select remove discharge lower treatment…. They said is a lie, they’re in Cover up the mistakes of June 29 the wrong treatment, you have to be careful, ask??? they already know how to say, the debate is a waste of time, they will never admit a mistake is caused by their negligence, they will only put all the responsibility to shirk responsibility!!!

Nancy is great orthodontist but I didn’t like how they didn’t get back to my calls. I needed to get my permanent retainers off and wanted to make an appointment. I’ve made multiple calls and I was told that they will ask the doctor and get back to me when they can but I never got a call back. I tried to contact them for over a year but I was never able to make the appointment.
This is a huge inconvenience for me since I don’t live in San Jose as of now. My gums were suffering because I couldn’t floss with the permanent retainers on and other office that I went to said that they can’t take off someone’s work.
I was planning to come back to this office to get Invisalign in the future but seeing how they weren’t taking my calls seriously I don’t think I’ll be coming back again.

I’ve been coming in to Care Orthodontics for about a year and a half, and I must say, as a college student coming in for braces treatment, I actually look forward to my appointments. No, this isn’t only because of the knowledge that with each appointment I’m one step closer to braces removal, but I really do appreciate the quality of the staff here. Everyone is warm and welcoming and absolutely friendly. As a college student, I find that the office is very accomodating to my schedule as well. I’m also more inclined to use e-​mail than to call for the purposes of record-​keeping, and Dr. Phan is great about answering my concerns and inquiries in a timely manner. Can’t wait for my brother to come in for treatment :) hopefully before he enters colllege!

Thank you so much doctor Nancy and her team, they are so friendly and paitence. They will listen and try to help me whatever I have concerned about during my treatment!

I finally got to see dr. Nancy today and it was definitely a relief seeing her because she took her time to explain in details about my Invisalign procedures. It definitely calm me down knowing that my treatment is on track and my teeth will look beautiful when the treatments are done. She also told me that I can email her next time if I have any concerns regarding my treatments. I definitely will be doing that instead of calling the office. I will only be calling the office to schedule my future visits but I feel more comfortable addressing my concern to dr. Nancy because she sure know all the answers to my questions. :)

Nancy is wonderful orthodontist. Can’t ask for more. Her work is professional that why I’m here. If you want your teeth straight and pretty smile. I recommend her for everyone.

I’m super happy with all the work from this office. I’m pleased with my results from the Care Orthodontics team they really made me feel confident about myself specially with my new smile. I recommend everyone to come here. Dr. Phan is very loving and caring with her patients. She makes sure that you treatment is well done in order to let you go. Today is my day to pick up my retainers and I’m excited! I love her staff!

I completed my invisalign treatment today after 2.5 years. Thank you Dr. Phan and Care Orthodontics staffs. I’m happy with how my teeth look. The office is clean and nice.
