Clean and well lit. Plenty of parking. They sell powder detergent (enough for one load) for $ 1.25.
Well, I could do what I came to do — wash my clothes — BUT the lady who works here is rude as f**k. Could not answer a single question (of the two I asked) without scowling at me. I just wanted to know if I could buy detergent and which were the regular washers. Gee, sorry for bothering you.
Cheapest wash is $ 2. Dryer costs $ 0.25 per 5 minutes. So, $ 1.50 for half an hour.
Saw some high capacity machines, not sure how much they cost.
Not that laundry is ever fun to do, but the staff (owner?) could still make an effort to treat customers with a little bit of respect. Stop muttering and scowling… Try smiling!

Ok so going to the laundry mat is not anyone’s favorite thing to do. No choice but to find a local wash and dry. Oasis is familiar to me and they have someone on hand. Yay! Or not!?! The staff ignored me even when I directly had a question or needed help. I asked for change. I asked for which machine I needed to use for the large items. I got nothing! WTF do they not need the business? I asked the employee for management and she looked at me and continued not to speak. Arg I had to drag everything back out and drive to the next location near by. No comment. Not any better but at least my large items are done.
PS to ALL laundry places. PLEASE clean the space for the next customers. Not everyone feels comfortable washing clothes in a heavy traffic use space. And when it’s dirty it’s more frustrating. Yuck

The best laundry place in town. You can do your own or just drop it off and have a same day or 24hr turn around time. They offer ATM, snack bar, many of the detergent or laundry necessities that you may need.
Machines are up to date and the place has a wide variety of sections from 2 loads to 10 loads for the heavy blankets.
Staff is friendly and very helpful.

This place USED to be great. Today we stopped by at 7:45 to quickly do a wash load that we were drying at home. Last wash at 8:30 but they had a post it note saying 7:30. When I tried to talk to her and ask a question she just kept flapping her hands at me and wouldn’t even answer a question. Someone else was just starting a load when I got there so it only applied to other people.

This place is pretty decent and fairly clean… The machines work well and don’t eat up your quarters… The crowd here is a mix of middle-​aged white folks and Asians so the atmosphere is quiet (no screaming toddlers running around), so you can catch up on daytime TV talk shows or read a book in your car… It’s convenient that a Starbucks is in the next building over… Overall, I pleasent experience doing a not so pleasent chore…

I have been going here for awhile but finally had to look for a new place. I always use the big to super big washers here and they often don’t fill up with enough water so the clothes are barely wet and not soapy at all and don’t get cleaned well. I’ve tried switching between the various big washers and I’ve tried adding various amounts of detergent but have not had any luck and have heard other customers complain of this too. It’s too bad because place is clean and most of the people are friendly.

As far as laundromat go, this one is clean. The staff has been very friendly and attentive. My laundry smells better than when my own washing machine does it. In fact, I can do my laundry at home but choose to do it here because of the convenience of getting all of my laundry done at once (and in less time than just a wash cycle at home). I haven’t used the wash/​fold service. I don’t understand any of the bad reviews cuz my experience has been stellar?

They have new and old machines to choose from. New machines took noticeably longer to dry, old machines were so hot that they left burnt marks on my fleece blankets. So it is trade off.

Ok… I have yet to actually do my laundry here or use their services. I go in here occasionally to use their change machine to get quarters. I’m a pro now at inserting the bills without it spitting it back or getting jammed ;) wooohoooo!!!

The day I went, it was one of the coldest days of the season… a wonderful day to wash! Not.
It was like an icebox in there. both doors were open. I closed one of them… It became open again 2 minutes later while I was changing out my wash. Could not understand the person on duty.
Although, it gets hot in those type of businesses, you’d think they’d cater more towards the comfort of the customer. It was not comfortable there at all.
Wifi only works if you stand on your head and understand the writing of the password. they have at the front desk.
Some machines were «out of order», but nothing out of the ordinary, or like some reports that none of them worked.
I had to go to starbucks to get warm, and have a consistent wifi connection.

Good place to take the laundry. I sold my home, and am back to living in an apartment until I retire the end of September. I got a cheap apartment, and while they have 1 washer and dryer that I can use, i really like to do all the laundry at one time. This place has mostly all new machines, and the lady that works there is very friendly. I like that Starbucks is a few feet away, as is subway and KFC and many other choices if you want to grab something to eat or drink while waiting. There are places closer to my Apartment, but I like this one, because it is cleaner, and newer machines.

My condo sucks and has no washer/​dryer hookups. I’m frequently busy and don’t have time to sit at my in-​laws house to do a lot of laundry so I take my shirts and pants to Oasis for wash and fold. They do a good job and charge a fair price. My collared shirts are always put on hangers and everything else is folded neatly.

This place is better than some other laundromats but it isn’t the cleanest around. The counter people are usually very nice. They have turned the driers down so you must spend more $$ to get your clothes dried. For this reason, I have went out & found a cleaner & more reasonally price laundromat.

I’m writing this review because I just learned about this place and for a busy and lazy bastard like me, the wash and fold service is a god send.
First of all, I didn’t think they had these services over here but I used wash and fold laundry places in the East Coast.
When my machine broke, I went over this joint to do normal laundry stuff and saw the sign for wash and fold. Could it be I thought? The price looked right so I gave them a try and I have yet to get a new washing machine.
As a single father of one, there’s something refreshing and cathartic about dropping off our laundry, going down the street to play a couple hours of poker at Garden City and then picking up clean & neatly folded clothes.

I took my favorite white Artine blazer here to get it dry cleaned. 4 days later, I came to pick it up and it had some odd yellow stains on them. I was really depressed about it and instead of arguing with them I just kindly asked if they could do anything about it. They were baffled just as bad as I was and said they couldn’t do anything else?
Aside that, they didn’t charge me at all which was a kind gesture, but it didn’t remove the stain! I guess I shall venture off to another dry cleaners, thanks for trying at least.
They were kind and remorseful about my situation but if it’s their job to clean clothes I don’t get why my blazer couldn’t be cleaned. Oh well.

I have switched all my laundary service over to Oasis on Saratoga Avenue. I own a spa on Moorpark Avenue (Bay Area Body Enhancement Clinic or
) and after trying other wash and fold services in the area and having lousy service I decided to go with Oasis. Tiffany, the owner is personable and set up an account for me to be billed monthly and has personally picked up and dropped off laundary for us!!! They go the extra mile and the quality of the cleaning is FIVE stars!!!

The last time I tried to wash a sleeping bag in my washer, there was that odd burning rubber smell and it knocked itself a good three feet away from the wall. I learned my lesson and took the several «desperately in need of washing» comforters to this place. They have heavy duty washers and dryers for heavy stuff like mine. It was $ 5.50 for washing two (I could have fit three) heavy comforters and then .25 cents for 5 minutes for the dryers. They have arcade games on the premises, a KFC across the parking lot, a Starsucks, I mean Starbucks, around the corner as well as a bistro-​eatery, and McD’s just a short block away. It was clean and no weirdos. They also have laundry service. You drop off a ten lb. minimum by noon and it is done by seven. Current price is a $ 1.20 a pound. They fold it for you too! Hey, when I get real lazy or if I eventually kill my washer with another big load, I know where to go.

Took my money, and one of the employee (mexican female) refused to refund! can you belive it?
threre were no signs says: out of order” or anything.
She said unless there’s no sign, she can’t refund me! damn it!
This person was the rudest employee ever!!!
Overalls, the machine are old and employees are bad.
