We are a Design Build company. What that means to you is that we are 100% responsible and accountable for your project. We can take you from the dream, picture in a magazine, a color, meticulously through the design process, into construction and building your dreams come true home all the way to warranty of our craftsmanship.

Working with S3 Design Group affords you and your family a security that you are taken care of. We know that each family is unique. Some of our families want to be involved in every aspect, while some want us to provide them with wrap around services including interior design and finish selections. It’s always your choice.

We start by asking you and your family to complete a «Needs, Wants & Dream list». You tell us what is important to you and how you live your everyday life. It includes colors and styles that you like, so we can get to know you better. Next we ask you to complete a «Working within Budget» worksheet. This allows us to know how you would like to spend your money on your project.
