I needed to get my carpeting stretched and called Ramon. I explained how the open concept might make it difficult so he came by to see for himself. He decided it wasn’t as hard as I feared, he gave me an estimate and we set an appt. He arrived as promised, had all the tools to get the job done right and cleaned up all the little bits of fiber etc. The price was reasonable, the quality of work was great and we had a nice conversation as well. When next my carpeting needs cleaning, stretching or anything else, I’ll know who to call. Thx, Ramon.

You absolutely can not go wrong at all when using this guy’s services! Ramon came by on a Wednesday to do an estimate in doing our 6 bedroom house. Thursday morning 7am bright and early, he showed up, reupholstered everything, cleaned everything, and got all our major stains off the carpets! BEST CARPET CLEANING IN THE BAY AREA!!! :D woohoo! Happy customer right here!

Ramon is such a nice person and did such a great service. I needed the carpets cleaned at such short notice and he rose to the job so well and with such dedication to get the carpets cleaned. In fact, he did extra work to get certain spots cleaned without extra charge. The owner of this business, Ramon S. Ortega, is as good as they come. He is not only prompt and polite, but does an excellent job of cleaning as well as stretching carpets. He just did mine and they look great! I badly needed them stretched as I am not ready to install new ones and it made a huge difference. His prices are honest and below what I have paid to other companies in the past. I highly recommend Ramon’s services. You can’t go wrong!

This is my 2nd time using Santana Carpet Cleaning. Ramon is awesome. I’ve used other services and a week after it dried the stains resurfaced. He has the best prices overall. Both times I needed him I called on a Friday and he was here Saturday morning at 830.
