Short Story:
This was, first to last, a 5-​star experience with Scaffold Works.
Long Story:
We got the scaffolding home and tried to set it up, but one set of cross-​braces was the wrong size. We called the office and within an hour, the correct set of cross-​braces was delivered. And, he even helped set up the second tier of the scaffold! It took all of 10 minutes. GREAT SERVICE!
We hired a professional to retexture our living room and dining room walls which range from 9′ to 16′ at the highest point. We saved his time, his energy and our money by providing this reasonably priced scaffold.
The scaffolding saved us a lot of time and the aggravation of having to move a ladder when it came time to paint. I was able to paint the living room and dining room in less than a day. (By the way, check out

But wait, there’s more. While we were close enough to examine our redwood ceiling we noticed it could use a good cleaning and scraping. So, we extended our rental from one week to one month — very easy — by just calling Charlene. She was, as ever, very pleasant.
We’re returning the scaffolding this morning. Based on the quality of the scaffold, on which we always felt safe, and the consistently high level of customer service, we would, without reservation, recommend The Scaffold Works to professionals and homeowners.

We needed to have a scaffold set up for an installation of blinds in our loft condo. Scaffold Works was the only company that got back to us and provided a quote for our «small» job. They were able to schedule us for the day we wanted, set up the scaffold safely and without damaging our floor or property, and came to tear down and remove later that day when we called to say the job was done. The workers were professional and courteous. Highly recommend!
