Great atmosphere, especially if you need to study. 2 stars though because they don’t give a discount for bringing your own mug.

Poor Management, Fake(morning crew) Baristas, very unwelcoming, if you start to get noticed. There are better, warm welcoming Star bucks NEAR by that don’t make you ask for a water, if they see you low on it. We’re all human, and unless any customer directly… does harmful intentions(or not), give my own staff a hard time, I wouldn’t think twice about saving my ‘concerns’ until After work. IMO.

Service was so dissapointing. I ordered 3 drinks and 2 of the drinks were ready 15 minutes before the 3rd one and everyone who cane in after me got there drinks while i was still waiting for my 3rd drink. I asked the guy barista and he said its coming up and i told him i got the other 2 drinks 15 minutes ago. Both guy baristas had no customer service at all. I goto Starbucks on Alum Rock daily and their service is way better than this. Worst experience at this one.

I love Starbucks, but the service in this place is really bad. I ordered a same drink with my friend, but they charged different price. Also, they made a wrong order for the lady in front of me and they didn’t change it for her. She was so upset and left. What kind of service is it?

This an awesome Starbucks location. The baristas are super friendly. They are patient with customers who need a little extra time ordering. They are generous with syrups etc when making the beverages. There is plenty of space to sit indoors as well as outdoors. The parking lot close to the Starbucks is a little tight and difficult to maneuver in(especially if you have a large car but if you are willing to walk from the larger part of the lot which is a bit further you can easily move your car.

9÷4÷2015 Nothing is more annoying than watching 4 people get their order before you even though they ordered after you!

I love Starbucks and usually I’ve never had any complaints or any bad experience with the level of customer service. We were in the area so we decided to grab some coffee and the customer service was horrible. I went back inside to ask for a cup of iced water(after we had already paid and got our items) and one of the staff member said I needed to get in line. which is fine. So I get in line and asked for water. 15 mins later… I see the water was ready but sitting in line with the other drinks. My sister goes back to asked if she could get the water, the barista picked it up and sets it back down and tells her«there are drinks in front of yours». You kidding me? He couldn’t hand it to her when he picked it up? He was extremely rude. He should not be working there if he hates being nice. She stood there and asked him«seriously?» Three times. Then he finally handed her the water. LOL Then he makes a comment about how students just come in and ask for free water? That was irrelevant because we purchased food and drinks beforehand and we are not students! It’s not like we didn’t purchase anything and just went to ask for a free cup of water. Long story short, no common sense and rudeness gives it a 2 star. It should only be 1 but I’m being nice. Starbucks, you should hire better customer service. At least at this location. Time to have a «how to be nice to customers» meeting Starbucks!

Waited over 15 minutes for a passion tea lemonade. My boyfriend and I ordered together and he got his way before me. Then I ask the barista politely and she says«oh well there was no cup there for a lemonade»… Did you want me to put the cup there for you? LOL but they sure charged me for one. Wasn’t even apologetic.

It’s a shame because my favorite barista works at this location. I want to say his name is Danny? Maybe? He’s always so kind and starts great conversations. HOWEVER, he is probably the only one I like at this location. There is an older hispanic looking woman who seems like she hates her job and hates interacting with people. She’s very rude and talks crap about the customers to another employee, loud enough for everyone to hear her. This has happened every time I’ve seen her at work. THEN there’s this other d-bag named Chris, I believe. Complete a-hole. Can’t stress enough how rude he is. SO rude and so much attitude for no reason. Literally, I was the only customer in line and he was so rude to me for NO reason at all. He was so rude and unprofessional. I left so angry and almost canceled my order. Come here just for Danny. Otherwise, there’s no point in coming to this location.

I ordered a caramel frappucino and an iced water today and the barista was giving me attitude. Then they didn’t even make it right: no whip, no caramel topping or caramel on the sides. I had to ask for water because they didn’t even prepare it.

This Starbucks gets one star for their super fast internet(Google) and the cool Powermat that allows you to recharge your cell phones without having to bring the cord. Otherwise, one of the worst places for customer service. All four times I’ve been here: 1. Baristas here seem like they hate their jobs. They take forever to prepare our drinks. They are rude. I’ve had bad experiences with this one guy for the times I’ve been here. 2. Trash cans are always filled to the rim, and their condiments stands are always dirty Terrible place.

This feels like a typical Starbucks to me. The workers are nice, the inside smells amazing(duh– coffee smells delicious), and it’s clean. Sometimes there’s a long line, I’m assuming because Evergreen Valley College is right near it and students need their coffee. I tried to work on stuff here a couple of times. I know there’s an outlet near the long table near the left side of the shop, and some along the walls, but I’m not sure how many outlets there are in all. When the sun starts to set, it can get really annoying trying to dodge the rays inside, but you can usually just pull the blinds down and be okay afterwards. One time the internet wasn’t working, which I wish I knew before I ordered something and got settled in, but the other time it was working fine. One of my friends who usually goes there to study says their internet can be spotty at times so I’d keep that in mind before I go there to work.

First world Starbucks problems. Trash cans filled to the rim, and was told by employees that they are all out of milk? only have half-and-half, or so are you available. During the busiest time of the year, busiest time of the day, how did that happen? Sounds like a store management problem. They are going to have some angry customer soon if they don’t get their act together, it’s is a holiday season people want their coffee. Seriously how do you run out of milk?

Came here with the kids after church one day. There was plenty of parking and no one was really in there at that time which was around 9:30am. The guy at the register seemed a little«occupied» so didn’t seem to come off too friendly but whatever. I ordered my usual tall coffee and children’s hot cocoa’s and everything was just fine.

Hmm. Hmmmm. As much as I want to «up-star» this store, like a new romance, I cannot seem to see any sparks flying when I come to this Starbucks. Maybe I need to visit a few bit more? This is my go-to store after my Farmers Market Sundays… so that should be often enough. The staff here is not bad… but not spectacularly extraordinary. Then again, I do not live any close to this vicinity. This Starbucks is clean. They have plenty of seating and I know I have hung out here with a friend or two a few times in the past. I don’t recall having my drinks messed up here. I like the soft chair by the door. Oh … parking isn’t all that marvelous. On certain days, it can be a little difficult AND on those days, they would often fall on the ones where I am more of my bratty self. So I guess it doesn’t help either one. Nonetheless, I will come back to this store, of course. The staff is nice, the place is chill, and the freakin, chair is comfy !

I only come here when I’m craving Starbucks. Since its near the school as well. Workers are friendly and they never get my drink wrong. They make it just right. There wasn’t many seats when I first came here 2010 now they have so many seats. I like to come here to study with my friend and drinks Karli&Ralph doesn’t work here anymore. They use to make my day and also my friend everytime we come in and order.

I’ve been back an additional 2 times and the service/drinks were much better. Both times I ordered an iced caramel macchiato w/extra caramel and I actually got extra caramel! And this has got to be one of the few locations that actually fills your drink to the top. I guess it just depends on who’s working that day.

My favorite Starbucks location yet and it’s conveniently right next to my school. Super friendly staff that greets me right as I enter through the door. The minute I’m there they are ready to take my order. Their selection of pastries, sandwiches, and snacks are always stocked. I always see staff cleaning up so the place is spotless. My drinks come out fast(depending on if I get the morning rush or not), correct, and delicious. I love how spacious the store is with tables and chairs — plenty of seating inside and out. It’s located around some good places like Pizza My Heart and Iguanas.

I like the aroma of coffee even though I do not drink it. I’m one of the rare people who has the opposite effect of caffeine. My body slows down & I get really really drowsy… in other words caffeine makes me sleepy zzzzz. My review is mainly on the business meeting aspect and seeing the 2 other people I was with enjoying their coffee. I came into Starbucks before 8:30am. I choose the biggest & widest table on the far left because I wanted to have our meeting somewhere spacious. The other tables were too small. Throughout our long meeting, I enjoyed Wi-Fi, the aromas of coffee brewing, music setting some nice ambiance, and even free samples of various sandwiches they were trying to promote! This Starbucks is very busy. I noticed the line got very very long and the establishment was filling up with more people lounging drinking their coffee/Starbucks concoctions, reading books, surfing tablets, and even a study group of students outside. Great place to meet and grab a quick drink!
