There customer’s service sucks. They don’t communicate with each other’s. Those employee’s think they could run shit around there, nope they don’t because they switch words around. I’ll call out there names like Judy thinks she the SHIT and here partner in crime thinks she could run her mouth on anyone. FUK that I didn’t make that happen I shut them up. So people they think there nice, guess wrong. Don’t so them respect because in the turn around they will switch thing around so they could make you feel dumb. I could play that game to. Fake a$$ marks!!!

I lived here for 18 months in a 1bdrm apartment and moved suddenly because of job relocation.
The place is nice– washer/​dryer in each complex, spacious, pool, gym access, fitness classes, exactly what I was looking for in a place to live. However their customer service sucks for what you pay here. When I broke my lease, I was told that the apartment would be marketed the next day and I would be responsible for the rent until the apartment was leased out. Following up two weeks later, I noticed my apartment was never listed on their website. I even had friends call the leasing office inquiring about availability and they were told on several different occasions that there was nothing available. This raised some suspicion on if my place was even being marketed as told.
I tried contacting the leasing office and corporate customer service, however that was like pulling teeth too trying to be able to talk to them. The guy from corporate would randomly email me and say they were still looking into it and then I would hear nothing. The managers in the leasing office said they don’t see anything wrong with what I was telling them and then go about their day.
During my living time here I encountered a couple of problems too– I would put in maintenance requests and someone would come by however, no notice was left that somebody had been in my apartment. One time maintenance came by to install smoke detectors and left all of my lights on and the door unlocked!!! It seemed like a decent place to live, however the longer I stayed, the more frustrated I was for the amount I was paying and not getting back…
I definitely will never rent with Irvine company again.

My husband got a temporary apartment in this complex for work. On a first look the place is beautiful and seems well maintained, great park in front of the building, nice little fountains and manicured, landscaped areas all throughout the complex. Few weeks after he moved in, he got stuck in the elevator. He had to wait for two hours until somebody came to let him out, missed his plane. He is renting a studio as he has to be here only couple of weeks every month, and he pays $ 2050 for basically a room. The building is filled with families with numerous members and little children, so there is always noise and commotion. The neighbor hosts a flea market in front of his door, baby stroller, toys, shoes, wet clothes hanging on the railway to dry, recently they started to put out their bedsheets, hanging them over the railway to air. The other night we came home around 11 to find our designated parking space being taken by a strange car. My husband called the emergency security number provided by the complex and there was no answer. He left a message explaining that we are basically forced to drive around at midnight to find a parking space outside the complex (which happened after 45 minutes) because the space we pay for was illegally used. Nobody contacted us or did anything to solve the problem. The next morning the car was still there, we went at the office to complain and we were told that there is nothing they could do as it has to be 72 hours before they can call a towing company. This was the most ridiculous thing I have heard, basically protecting the criminal and punishing us. Later in the day, that person moved his car to the spot next to us, obviously taking advantage of another 72 hours period of grace and parking his/​her car for free while suffering zero consequences. I believe it is shameful that a company like Irvine allows such things to happen to its residents and treats the problem with such indifference and tolerance for the person breaking the rules. As for the owner of that car, you can make an idea what sort of quality of people reside in this place. It looks like in many apartments there are 2 or 3 families living in 2 or 3 bedrooms, transforming this complex into a ghetto. I have seen underwear hanging out at the window or doors, there is loud music, kids screaming, door banging, and little class or respect for people around. My husband is planning to move out as soon as possible.
