We’ve had several pieces framed here — everything from posters to expensive pieces of art. We have relied on the expertise of the staff there in the shop to recommend the best mat and frame options and have never been disappointed. In fact, our expectations have been consistently exceeded. They have done a beautiful job every time. I highly recommend Willow Glen Art & Frame!

I had the pleasure of using Willow Glen art & frame store for reframing one of my pieces. It was a frame I owned previously that had significant sentimental value for me. When I went into the store, Jason helped me right away. He recommended best options for sizing and positioning the art piece within the frame. Jason was highly courteous and attentive. I could see that he took notice of all the points that were important to me and made sure they were addressed in the framing job.
The project was completed in under the estimated time frame. When I picked it up, it was even more impressive than I dissipated. I will be using the store for all my framing project. Right now there are framing 12×12 art piece and I cannot wait to see what the finished product looks like.

I was at my wit’s end trying to find a framing specialist to fill a custom framing order.
After being told by several larger chain stores that they could not build a frame to my specifications, I found Willow Glen Art & Frame on Unilocal and lo and behold they were more than willing to do whatever they could to accommodate me!
Brett was exceptionally patient and straightforward with me and did his best to meet my expectations. He spent at least an hour going over available materials, and even did a test cut free of charge to determine if my design was practicable.
Ultimately, we agreed upon a design that was both workable and made sense for the effect that I was trying to achieve. And in less than two weeks I had my custom frame in hand! The finished product was even better than I had hoped.
I am very satisfied with their service and would recommend them highly for a custom frame order.

We walked in knowing we wanted a tattered family map framed, but we were at a loss for where to start. Brett gave us all the time we needed to understand and decide our options (both technical and aesthetic) for mounting, matting, glazing, and framing.
We walked out confident in our choices and eager to see the finished piece. Our family loved the finished piece.
Bonus praise: they even completed the work earlier than expected to accommodate a late scheduling hiccup on our part.

I am an interior designer and had a client with multiple photographs that needed Giclee printing on canvas and on fine art paper. I ‘sold’ my client on a trusted printer I’d used in the past, only to discover he’d picked my deadline week to go on vacation!
What to do?
My client actually found Willow Glen Art and Frame, but all of the interaction was with me. Since I was unfamiliar with his work, I was cautious and I confess, a little worried about how things would turn out.
«Wow!» — that is the word my clients and I used time and again as we unwrapped each completed piece. Each piece (there were thirteen!) was perfect. The canvas wrapped art looked like original paintings the way his Epson printer laid the ink in perfect ‘layers’…which is the essence of ‘Giclee’. He also tweaked the pictures in the computer a bit to insure a perfect end product.
That was going above and beyond!
I must also share that all of this was done on time. We had a deadline for a special celebration at my clients home. He met it graciously and professionally. He also worked with us on pricing, which was my real fear, since my previous printer was incredibly reasonable. Well so was Willow Glen Art and Frame!
So if you need quality ‘giclee’ on canvas or art paper, Brett is your guy for the job and Jason, his associate, is also very good. Excellent experience. Will return again.

I’ve had lots of framing done here before, but this was the first time I had a photo enlarged. I emailed an image that I really wanted to print on 24×30, but due to the resolution I was cautioned that the result might be a little grainy. After an in-​store review, I decided to proceed with the canvas print. I am really pleased with the result and very appreciative of their customer service.

I had a couple of tickets with a photo framed here and it turned out fantastic. Very good selection of frames, mattes, etc. and very helpful staff. I will come here next time I need custom framing done.

Excellent place to get things framed. I’ve had two pieces framed here and I’m very happy with both. The owner is very helpful and patient while I choose matting and frames.
WG Art and Framing has competitive pricing for the quality. If possible, I would wait until there is a sale, Unilocal deal, etc.

I had a canvas picture made from a photo here and was totally amazed at the quality. I’ve had photo-​to-​canvas done by several companies, and this was so much better than any other. They use a special coating that protects the picture and really makes the colors pop. My photo looks great in all kinds of lighting — even when it’s dim. They may cost a bit more (even with a «Living Social») but it’s worth it. Also, the service was great even though I paid only half the price.

I have used them several times for my framing needs. There service is good. Today, when I was in the store getting a mat, glass and fit for a piece of art I was shocked at the price. The original price was $ 115, then she discounted it 10% because of my shock. This was a 16×20 frame with a photograph that was damaged from our lovely California earthquakes.
Anyways, I called another framing company in Willow Glen and found the price to be $ 40 less on exactly the same materials.
They are a great local, family business, just a little over-​priced.

I first used Willow Glen Art & Frame because I got a Groupon & I am glad I did. The staff is very helpful & does awesome work. They helped me pick the best frame & matte for the job even offering suggestions I wouldn’t have thought of. I was particularly impressed by the fact that they do all the work on premises & don’t send the picture off site for the framing like they do at other places.

Just picked up a framing of an historical document and etching… they could not have done a better job. The right amount of input on frame and matting selection. Pricing not unreasonable for a truly museum quality job. Excellent workmanship and overall performance.

The staff at Willow Glen Art &Frame are top notch! The prices are very reasonable considering custom framing is never very «cheap». The sales associate who helped me didn’t try to up sell me on stuff I didn’t need or want. He was extremely helpful and seemed very genuine with his opinions.
I plan to update this when I receive my items, but judging by the samples in the gallery I have no doubts my art prints will look amazing! Thanks.

For a mom I had a couple of her lithographs framed here. One of them I had framed at Micheals twice but they kept getting the measurements wrong. When I brought it in Jason (employee at WG Art & Frame) said it was the worst framing job he’s ever seen.
It took a few days and it cost more than Micheals did, but it’s definitely worth the money. They look absolutely amazing. One day I’ll post before and after pictures. It brought tears to my mother’s eyes. That’s really what matters, I love her so much. I’m so grateful for the beautiful job that Jason did.
I’m glad that I didn’t’ heed Brian D’s review. I had great customer service, upfront and honest the way I like it. He even gave me color suggestions. No complaints here. Thanks again!

Saw this place on living social and thought I’d give it try. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
As soon as I showed the guy my print-​out of the deal, the customer service took a nose dive. The guy treated my wife’s paintings without much care, rubbing the measuring tape on it like it was some junk work. Both peices had won national water color shows and were there to be framed and sent galleries! He kept slouching and reslouching his shoulders, smacking his hand on the table as if it were a dead or limp arm. We finally worked out a deal and then he asked us when we needed it by. We told him that we thought it would get done today, as it was at Aaron Brothers. He then became pretty happy and told us that the work would take a minimum of one week. (with a big grin btw) Then he said, and I quote, «It just wasn’t meant to happen.»
We finally went to Aaron Brothers. They had cheaper prices, friendly service and everything we wanted was done in 20 minutes while we went to a BIG 5 next door to buy some hiking shoes.
Look, I know we’re getting a good deal by going through living social, but if they didn’t want to deal with this situation, why the hell did they go to living social and groupon in the first place? I called living social and they say that this wasn’t the first time people called in to cancel their coupon with this business.
I highly DON’T recommend this place. We went there at 9:50 opening time was 10 and the guy comes in at 10:18. The store isn’t kept well, there are dusty trinkets for sale and of course the customer service is dismal, I don’t even know his name because he never introduced himself. He probably didn’t want us to know his name because he knew he was going to give us crap.
Most of the time I support small and local businesses, but in this case, I recommend you find another small business or Aaron Brothers. Especially if you have a groupon or living social deal.

If you want your framing done right this is the place to go. You will find the owner and staff both professional and knowledgeable. We even have a friend who has moved away from Willow Glen to Switzerland and they come back annually to have items framed at Willow Glen Art & Frame. Simply said, they are the best!

We had two paintings framed/​reframed and they do superb work no matter how complex the frame job. Not the cheapest but if you are framing fine art never go cheap. What more can I say other than I can highly recommend them.

My husband and I are super happy with two pieces of art we had framed here. For the quality of the frames, I think the price was really reasonable.

They do a great job here. Not just with the typical stuff; in addition to posters and art, I’ve taken non-​standard items like sports jerseys for framing or objects that need shadow boxes. They have always taken the time to work and find the right style, and never make me feel rushed even when I can’t make up my mind. They are very patient, and since I’ll fiddle for a long time until I am happy, well, I’ve tested their patience!
Support this local business, they will not disappoint you.

They’ve done beautiful work for me on several occassions, whether framing something from scratch or repairing something that fell from it’s perch. (dammit)
Framing is never inexpensive, but at least here they do a great job.
