Very good response time from inquiry to job completion in 4 days. Good workmanship in installing solar screen in a very sunny bedroom. Fabrication and installation was done on site and was completed in 1−½ hours.

I wanted three of my 20-​year-​old window screens replaced with new ones. Those screens were available on the web for $ 29.95, but I thought I support a local business. I called and a woman told me to come to the store. They would have my screens ready the next day. Whomever I spoke with on the phone was not who was at the store. I specified what I wanted, she wrote up my order, charged me $ 43 each plus tax, and told me the order would be ready in two days, not tomorrow. When they had my screens ready, I saw they had redone my old frames. «But I specified new screens and you charged me $ 43,» I said. The guy replied, «New screens are over $ 50. You only paid for re-​screening your old ones.» I don’t know where they found their office person, but gee whiz, what a schlock outfit! No process, no internal controls. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. I saw they also claim to supply Home Depot with screens. Not only won’t I ever go back to Wizard, I also won’t ever consider buying screens from Home Depot.

My initial contact with these guys was excellent. They replaced my screen door and it was top notch workmaship. Nice guy, left me some extra foam pieces in case I needed to adjust the screens…100% satisfied. A couple of years later my screen door broke (due to a dog, not due to the door) and I needed it replaced in a hurry for an upcoming party. Called 3 times. No one every picks up. Left 3 messages, none were returned. Emailed… no luck. Not sure if this company is still in business. I was hoping to deal with them again.

I love my new Wizard Screens. Had it installed last week and the installers were great! They took the time to explain how they were going to make it and they answered all my questions before installing. They were swift and quick and had that new screen installed in no time. Once it was installed they took the time to show me how it works. They also swept my driveway after leaving is very clean! I will absolutely recommend these guys. Great product and excellent service. Ernie was fantastic! We had this ugly retractable screen that I always had some really choice words for. HomeDepot had no solution other than Wizard screens. Ernie with his helper Paul, built and installed a great double retractable the French doors. It looks wonderful. Our doors were Professionally constructed and installed. It was well worth the money.

We were looking for a screen door for nursery room. Would like to prevent our kitties from going in but still have the door open for good circulation etc. We finally decided on a retractable screen door with Wizard Screens. Installation was quick and smooth. They warned me of the track as potential tripping hazard, but it’s ok so far with us. It is not a cheap screen door but it serves the purpose well.

First, the end result is very nice. HOWEVER, we were told we would receive a call 30 minutes before they arrived. Instead, they showed up, and when we asked about the call, they said «oh, we were in the area so just decided to come over.» We said, «we were told we would get a call.» and their attitude was, «well, we just decided to come over.» Then we walked down our driveway and noticed that their van was blocking our neighbor’s house, which is for sale. My wife asked them to move their van. Their response was, «the house is for sale, it’s fine.» My wife said that realtors, gardners, pool cleaners still come by and please move your van. They insisted, «this place is for sale, nobody is coming in.» My wife then said, I don’t care, move your van, and they finally relented. After the job was done, the main guy kind of smiled and said, «no one came by, see, we would have been fine.» Talk about poor customer interaction and respect. I would have expected «oh, sorry, I’ll move the van right away.» Not an instillation guy arguing about illegally blocking a neigbor’s driveway.

We needed 3 screens for our upstairs bedroom. Windows installed were (I believe) replacement windows and were not installed even so putting on screens were problematic. Wizard installer had to make adjustments to get it right but he did. They look just fine now and hopefully they will last for a long time. He was on time, did his work cleanly and professionally, was courteous. I would recommend the work to anyone. Thank you.

First of all, the installer had to come out twice. The first time because the door opening wasn’t prepared correctly (my fault entirely!). Then we had to reschedule twice! Also totally my fault. Finally, everything was ready, the installer was here as scheduled and now I have this wonderful new screen door that shows off my new front door!
I guess what I’m trying to say is that these people will work with you to make everything go together beautifully. The installer was great and left no mess and was really helpful in letting me know what I needed to do (on his first trip here) to insure that the install looked just right! Hooray for Wizard Screens!

Wizard screens is the place to call!!!
We bought a retractable screen in stock at Home Depot only to find the one size fits all… doesn’t.
We bought the custom at Home Depot on Saturday, they called us three hours later to make an appt and installed it two days later.
The customer service is top notch! The installers were professional and fast!

Ernie and Anthony from Wizard did an Exceptional job!!! What great guys to work with as was Wizard.
Even though I live in a almost 3 story Victorian home on a hill. Large windows, all different sizes, none perfectly squared was not a deterrent for Ernie. This could have been a nightmare BUT due to Ernie’s expertise (and hard work) it was a pleasure and i am so pleased with the outcome. Anthony’s hard work and humor made the day pleasantly fly by. For Ernie and Anthony this was not just a job but a thing of pride.
Even my first call to Wizard was a pleasure talking to Alex. She gave me so much help even Before I had committed to use Wizard.
I will use Wizard again and highly recommend this company. My screens look wonderful.
