The counselors at this place are awesome, they made the process a lot less painful. Don’t be discouraged by the front staff– they are SUPER rude, unfriendly, unhappy, and unprofessional, their costumer service is unbearable.

Yep, they strike again… only proving that they exist for collecting (and creating) fees. They cancelled a class with no notice (note on the door) and then charged a non-​attendance fee. (This is just ONE example.) The service remains rude boarding on hostile, and the Saturday classes have ZERO topic or structure. You will be shown a movie from the 80’s, the «instructor» will talk about her life, or just call on people to ramble on about theirs. Do what ever you can to find another driving school.

If you have to do the whole DUI program, then choose this place. Very nice, understanding, professional and friendly staff. I’ve made many friends so far in this program and it is very mellow compared to other dui programs. I did one for my first DUI in San Francisco and it was a living hell. I actually had to start the program over 2 times! So yeah, there is quite a wide range as far as tolerability goes in these programs. Make sure you look into a place before you submit it as your choice to the courts. If the ADAA is an option, I would highly recommend it :)
