I recently moved to a new place and tried to get an AT&T U-Verse internet connection. This DSL connection was the only option I had, as the apartment building does not have cable wiring. I called up AT&T to order the service, and it was a nightmarish hell dealing with the call centers. I went to this store to see if I could get my internet connection issue resolved.
The staff member who was working there, Diana, helped me immensely. She resolved an issue that was going to take weeks to deal with in a few phone calls and got me set up with my internet connection. She was very patient and friendly.
If you end up going the AT&T route, either through cell phones or internet connections, I can definitely recommend this place.
