I was pretty concerned after reading some bad reviews about Zpizza and their delivery times but I have Celiac Disease(must eat gluten free) and I hadn’t had pizza in years. I ordered a Large Gluten Free ham and pineapple pizza over the phone. I was quoted 35 – 55 mins for delivery and it arrived in 45 mins, still pretty warm(not hot) but good. It’s a nice sized Large with a slightly chewy thin crust and pretty tasty for gluten free. It’s not greasy at all but has enough cheese. I would give them 5 stars if it were hot and not as chewy. Overall a great option for Gluten Free pizza. A little pricy but everything Gluten Free is expensive so I’m used to it and I don’t have a tummy ache yet, which I was worried about coming from a pizza place. I would definitely recommend Zpizza to all the Celiacs out there.

Messed up on our order. Had to make another trip there to return the pizza. Got a refund but should have compensated us on that extra trip there and for the inconvenience.

I work close to this pizzeria and when I need something quick and delicious there is no need to think about it. Their pizza is solid, and recently I had a meatball sandwich. There is about a five to ten minute wait, which seems long when you are starving, but it paid off. Wow, it tasted great. Friendly service! Can’t go wrong here.

What a disappointment the service was. We were visiting the area and had some pizza, salad, and wings delivered. Delivering was right on time so that was great but our order was all kinds of wrong. My husband is gluten free and ordered a gluten free pizza, his pizza was not gluten free, he realized this after taking a few bites. My salad was also full of peppers which we specifically asked to leave off. After my husband calls to correct the order he has to drive to pick up the corrected pizza or it will be another 45minutes? Wow. Well my starving husband went to pick up his pizza and no apology was offered for the inconvenience. Very bad business if you ask me. The one star is for the food overall it was decent and salad ingredients tasted fresh.

These guys are idiots. Several times in the past they’ve added tips to my credit card charge after leaving the store so you’d think I’d learned my lesson. Really like their pizza but it’s like the three stooges are running the front office. Called in an order for 2 large pizzas and they said it’d be 25 mins. Send my daughters down to pick up the pizzas 30 mins later and they arrive to a stupefied staff. Give their name to the dimwit working behind the counter and she and the 2 others working immediately go into a huddle like they’re on the gridiron starring in Friday Night Lights. My daughter asked what was up only to be told it would be a minute. 5 mins later one of the male employees asks them if their«mom» had already picked up the pizzas? No, says my daughter and it’s back to huddle time. Oops, says male employee, we sold your pizzas to somebody else. Daughter asks what that means and they don’t tell her but promise to cook two more. No explanation or apology. Daughters call me with the bizarro story and I call the store asking what new lameness is afflicting the place today. Gave your pizzas away to another customer says snarky female employee and we’re making them again. No apology. Ask for the owner or manager and a guy who barely speaks English gets on the line. Offers somewhat of an apology and says he’ll give me a discount. Whatever, says I, as we’re hungry and phone my daughters back. Tell them under no circumstances are they to leave the store without the discount. Pizzas are handed to them and no discount. Daughter complains and is grudgingly given a $ 10 bill on a $ 45 order. They get home and tell me that it was unlike anything they had ever seen. Bizarre behavior including strange«huddling» more than once and no real explanation as to what happened or an apology. Strike three Z-Pizza you’re out and I’ve forwarded this complaint to corporate and can’t wait to see what they’ll be saying.

Heading back home from Legoland, on the 5 freeway with two hungry kids and 2 hungry adults = a little chaos in the car. We decided to get off the freeway to see what we would find, when we came across this little place. We figured, pizza? sure why not. The kids were excited, they love pizza. We ordered two pepperoni slices for the kids(one each). They were pretty big slices, about $ 4.00 each. The adults went with the meat calzone(Italian sausage, ricotta cheese and marinara sauce)(according to their website). About 30 minutes later we receive our calzone… not what I expected. It didn’t really have much sausage and the marinara sauce was served on the side. I only ate half of mine since I was hungry and didn’t want to waste the money I had just spent. Would I order it again? Nope. Would I ever go back? Nope. Aside from the food, the customer service was good.

Beware! Been here several times and either they charge my credit card two times or they do not give me back the correct change don’t know if they’re incompetent or dishonest. $ 3.50 for a slice of pizza that is comparable to Costco. Not sure about that one.

This is the only ZPizza I’ve ever ordered from because the location from the I-5 is quick-off, quick-on when I’m going home from work and am too tired to cook a quick meal. This is amazing fast food, IMHO. The first time I went in a few years ago, the clerk there recommended the pear and Gorgonzola. It is so darned delicious that it is the only order I ever placed there for a couple of years! I’ve ordered the same combo from other places but they haven’t come even close to this perfect combination. Thinly sliced pears, a light sprinkling of Gorgonzola, and the large amount of Parmesan and small amount of red pepper flakes that I add to every pizza, bliss! UNTIL, a fellow foodie-friend suggested the white pizza… Fabulous! These are the only two pizzas I’ve ever had and can’t bring myself to try something different. I must add that I have never had a problem with this place. Most, if not every time I’ve been there, there have been young adults taking the orders and a very earnest, mature gentleman making my pizza. He takes such care in putting things ‘just so’ on my pizza. Yummy.

90 minutes to deliver the order. All arrived cold(and the pizza was soggy). Called and spoke to Manager Pablo who said«I’m sorry». And nothing… So I said«You’re sorry and…» He said, «I’m sorry and I’ll offer you 50% off your pizza only when you order from us again» LOL Finally Pablo agreed to refund the order, yet he called back and said he would only refund the pizza, not the other two items(even tho they were cold and also took 90 minutes to arrive). I’m glad that your customers are worth so little to you. Too bad the owner doesn’t read these consistent bad reviews here on Unilocal and do something. Would explain why his profits are going down.

When you order at z pizza cause you want a vegan pizza and ask them to definitely make sure it’s vegan and when it’s picked up and they look you in the eyes and say«this is definitely vegan» and you trustingly dive in only to realize that they just fed you feta. This has happened to me collectively 3 times at z pizza and I should have stuck to my gut when I told my boyfriend«I don’t want z pizza they always put real cheese on my vegan pizza» here I am writing this review sick to my stomach. Because this time I trusted them. SHAMEONME. I can’t tell you how bad this stomach ache is. WHYDIDYOUDOTHISTOMEWHYDIDYOUSAYITWASVEGANWHENITWASNT the integrity of this place, I swear man, I just literally can’t deal with this.

$ 7 dollars for 2 slices of mediocre pizza? Im not the type to scoff at price but Id rather spend an extra $ 3, go down the road to Costco and get a full pizza, Cause you know, Costco has the best pizza known to man…

We had been ordering delivery from here a lot over the last 3 years(at least once a month) and usually they are quick and the pizza, salad, and wings are great — hot & fresh. But the last two times the food arrived super late(more than 1.5 hours), cold, and not very good. My husband called the manager to complain this past Sunday so they offered us 25% off on our next order. Unfortunately, I don’t think there is going to be a next order. Bye zpizza, nice knowing ya…

We ordered a pepperoni & olive pizza for delivery. When the guy got to our house he told my husband we were out of the area & the drive was 17 miles! We have ordered from this same place before & never had a problem. This guy kept complaining about the distance so much he got more of a tip then he should have. On top of the complaining(from the driver) our pizza was delivered luke ward. This one pizza cost me $ 23& change, plus the this guy got a $ 6 tip. Not happy with the way we were treated by this driver & I won’t order from this location again. 12÷22÷14 update We ordered again from this location & again we received a barely warm pizza. If you can’t deliver a hot pizza don’t offer delivery!

This might be the greatest pizza EVER! Why? Not because it’s cheap(it isn’t), but because there are so many options for you here. You can create the ultimate YOU pie! Gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan… A wide assortment of sauces, cheeses, vegetable and fruit toppings. And, you can build your pies totally online so quickly and easily. Choose the size(small, large, or extra-large… Why no medium? I don’t know), choose the crust(classic, thin, whole grain, gluten-free), choose your sauce(they’re all organic), and then choose your cheese, meats, and additional toppings(again, all organic). How many places have vegan cheese for your pizza? Not a lot. So, being that there are so many options and everything is organic, robust, and beautiful, it’s no surprise that zpizza prices are a bit up there. I’m willing to pay because these pizzas are delicious and generously covered in whatever goodies you wish. Not feeling creative enough to create your own masterpiece? Then choose one of their gorgeous specialties! I’m sad I didn’t hear about this chain earlier, but of course the one closest to my home is in Dallas :(I won’t be too sad though, I bet more are on the way. I may drive all the way to Dallas just for their apple dessert pizza… Nothing sounds better than that.

When trying to find a place that pleases my parents and my kids, this can be a wide spectrum and usually not too much common ground. Zpizza fixed that. They have grown up flavors and take care with ingredients and such, but have the good old favorites my kids love. They have limited seating, but there wasn’t a line and we weren’t feeling rushed. My kids and father ordered a pepperoni pizza and the thin crust they have is so delicious! I ordered a pizza with pesto(not tomato sauce), eggplant, cheese and pine nuts. My mom ordered a hummus, Peetza bread platter that also boasted olives, cucumbers and such. With all of the food you could taste the fresh ingredients. They were super fast bringing everything out for us and the food was perfect temperature. I’d always wanted to try this place when I lived in Valencia, but forgot when I moved away. So glad I finally got the opportunity!
