FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Ive been to this place a few times just to print maybe two pages the most. One time we were heading to a soccer game and couldn’t print our tickets so we stopped by, a man behind the counter was very helpful and assisted me with printing it when one of their computers was giving me trouble. He must no longer be there. I went in today with the same dilema and there were two girls there. When i said «excuse me» to get her attention she quickly turned and said im on my lunch break ask who ever is at the counter. The one behind the counter was even more rude and unprofessional. She gave me attitude and looked at me as if i were an idiot when really she didn’t know what she was talking about. She said if its not printing we might not have that system??? I had to figure it out on my own without their help. If you go in avoid a short haired tan woman with birth marks on her face, shes the worst.

Went in today to drop off a pre paid label in an un marked box, they proceeded to tell me I had to pay for one of their boxes to ship it, shame on them, their clients
use them and pre pay the labels in effort to make it easy for the consumer
” me” to just drop off, the company that I was returning the item to was un aware they were doing this to their clients.
Shame on this Fedex location for extorting money from the consumers as well as your clients, double dipping is not cool! I recommend going to USPS use their pre paid free shipping boxes and encourage other venders and businesses to do so. Don’t get me wrong I am all for a business making money but charging twice for what other successful businesses are doing for free.
Unfortunately an innocent employee had to take the wrath of my anger, to her, get a job with a reputable company that operates with integrity. Sorry you were subjected to my abuse.
There was, a happy ending to this story, the company I was shipping to was just as angry, they re issued me a USPS label
And will be cancelling their FedEx account.

The staff at the Fed Ex Office in San Juan really go above and beyond to make sure all of my packing and shipping needs are taken care of. Top notch and speedy customer service make this location my go to each and every time I need to send a package out. Thanks Fed Ex Office!

Wow, I was really blown away with the service here. I had a ton of printing to do and needed some things bound. But I was only in town that night. The team member, Antonio, told me it would take a couple of days and then was able to squeeze me in and help finish the project right away. I was so grateful he took the time to help me out and that he was so helpful and kind. This could have easily been a sour experience but he really pulled through, thanks Antonio!

Amazing service. The manager (Salamay??) was ultra helpful and friendly. So nice to receive service like this in a retail setting!

Being that it is the holiday season, it is important that staff members of any business understand the importance of friendliness to customers that come in to their facilities. Unfortunately on this particular day the staff on duty seem to have forgotten the responsibility of customer service.
I was coming in to drop off a package that was pre-​labeled and in need of a receipt. When I arrived I was not greeted nor was I acknowledged for entering their store. The young man on duty did not ask me how he could help me and our first interaction was me asking for a receipt for the package I was dropping off. He scanned my package and had me wait a moment for the receipt to print. While I was waiting the young man was distracted by an incoming delivery and assisted the other customer. Once he was done with the other customer I noticed that my receipt had already printed and I was waiting for the young man to hand it back to me. However, instead of recognizing that he was still mid transaction with my request, the young man began a conversation with what appeared to be the manager on duty. While continuing the conversation with the manager, the young man proceeded to rip the receipt that should’ve gone to me and threw it in the trash. Again I was still standing there at the counter waiting for him to complete my request and he even looked at me a few times as if I were a new customer waiting for him to help me. The young man began to do other tasks to which I had to call his attention and ask if I could get my receipt. He stumbled a bit and said oh sorry I think I threw it away. He then proceeded to remove the receipt out of the rubbish and throw it to me across the counter without even a thank you for your business, or a I’m sorry for keeping you waiting, or I’m sorry for being a buffoon.
There are already enough there variables when it comes to customer service so it’s really important that the basics of greeting a customer are used just to get the experience off on the right foot. I probably would have not written the review if there was any attempt to make the experience any better than it was.

I’ve popped in around 7:30am a number of times with a bunch of presentations to bind, and Lupita is always very accommodating. Very convenient!

I needed two images blown up and went to staples to get it done at about 3:00. They said they wouldn’t be able to get it done until at least 10:00 the next day. I went here and they helped me do it in about five minutes. Tony was super helpful even though I’m sure my questions were pretty stupid. He showed me exactly what I needed to do and even came back and checked on me within a couple of minutes. Really good customer service. Thank you, Tony!

Superb customer service and friendliness! I placed an online order and was in a bit of a hurry and this location was so attentive to my needs and made online ordering and pick up easier than one would ever expect! I spoke to Mandy and she was just awesome. I’ll definitely be making this my «go to» for printing needs!

I just shipped a IPhone Prepaid & needed a box to send it. The thieves charged $ 10 for a small box boy what would they charge to box a iPad. Look please go across the street to dollar store or even buy a box at USPS these people handle shipping very well but screw you when you need materials.

I am here at the FedEx print shop in San Juan Capistrano and the staff is extremely friendly and the young man helping me Tony is a lifesaver! I needed to print 500 cards for work and had no idea where to begin! Tony is not only a very nice young man and very professional and knowledgeable and so helpful I cannot say enough great things about the staff and the store here and service thank you Tony Pelaez!

Rude customer service. Attitudes. Too busy to work with the clients. Go elsewhere. Not worth it

Lied to about shipping fees and packaging by two employees. Train wreck service. How does Fedex stay in business with service like this?

These stars should also go into the minus level. They refused to ship two printers ground. First stating, they dont ship printers, I told them I ordered 30 from Staples and I received them with no hassles. Then Aaron changed his statement to say they are in the original box and he wont, I would have to buy a box from him, repackage, and each box was 15 bucks. If his yearly bonus is based on ripping off the customer in the long run he must have a house in the Hunt Club area
Opened my Fedex account today and closing it tomorrow
Also, will be sending Frederick W. Smith, CEO a letter expressing my concerns

This fedex is extremely unorganized. I had a simple order that the manager was over whelmed by. The customer service was condescending and rude. I don’t recommend this location.

Great services. Very good quality, fair prices and helpful staff. Excellent equipment always in prime working condition. Open early and late seven days a week. FedEx brings professionalism to the local area.

The girl got my print done quickly and made sure I was happy with the quality. Also, super friendly. In regards to the negative reviews, I did notice a man working there that seemed a little slow with the shipping, so maybe Becky B is right and it depends on who you get.

Slow slow slow if you are in a hurry go to another location. It does depend on who you get. If you get the girl she’s fast

Would give zero stars if possible– Worst customer service ever. If you need to mail a box give yourself an hour. The employers were not helpful. The store was empty and it took almost an hour to mail a box to Canada. I’ll never go back here.
