Fine Faucets Kitchen & Bath Showcase

Needed some unexpected help with shower /​tub sets and valves and lav faucets for my Laguna Beach home. Jacqueline came to the rescue and quickly identified the parts we needed and suggested very reasonably priced options for trim. What a great personality she has! I’d shop here just to be reminded of what good customer service is all about!!! It’s about leaving an establishment with a smile on your face — which I did today!

If I could — I’d give Fine Faucets a six star rating.

Everyone at fine faucets is very polite, patient, professional and knowledgeable. They have a great selection to choose from. This is a great place to visit if you are planning a kitchen and/​or bathroom project.

Jacqueline, with whom I dealt with at the store, is probably one of the most pleasant, accommodating and professional persons, I have had the good fortune to come across in the building industry. Her expertise and wonderful demeanor no doubt parallels the store’s good name and reputation. Without question, that will be my first port of call in the future.

We have purchased several fixtures here over the years. Recently we had a problem with a 3+ year old Delta sprayer wand that was cracking. I showed sales consultant Jacqueline Sims the problem and asked if I could order a new one. She suggested instead that we ask them to replace it for free (even though long out of warranty) since they are a large distributor of Delta products. Great customer service and 3 days later I had my replacement — no charge. Can’t ask for better than that, and such a pleasure to see someone provide more service than expected.

I went to this store on the recommendation of my plumber to purchase new toilets and a kitchen faucet.
While they have an excellent selection, I wish I hadn’t bought my fixtures from them.
First of all, their prices aren’t the best. I could have saved $ 130 on my faucet and over $ 70 for each toilet if I had bought them online (this is including the shipping costs). But, I wanted to support my local business so I didn’t buy the items online. I severely regret this.
Second, their customer service is lacking. I was told I would get a call from them the following Monday to update the status of order (the faucet needed to be shipping from another site). I did not get a call Monday or Tuesday… I finally called them on Wednesday. No apologies for the lack of promised communication. I was told my faucet hadn’t arrived and to expect a call on Friday. Again, no phone call on Friday. I was finally called on Monday and told to come pick my faucet up.
Third, I needed to schedule the delivery of the toilets. I wanted to coordinate the delivery with the time my plumber was scheduled to arrive for the installation. The showroom manager (Brian?) was extremely unhelpful — bordering on rude — in assisting me in this.
I am very close to canceling my order and buying my items online instead. (I probably will do this tomorrow as it’s after 5pm right now and they are closed).
The only reason I gave them 2 stars (instead of 1 star) is that they did have a good selection. Maybe it might be worth going to look at their showroom, then purchase your choices online… But, I would not recommend them at all!!!
Addendum: While a terrible experience resulted in my cancellation of my order, I must give them some credit. They were very professional and helpful with the refunding of my purchase. The warehouse manager called me personally and apologized and asked if there was anything they could do to rectify the situation. Perhaps I should increase them up to 3 stars… Especially if they do something about that horrible salesperson, Brian.
