Gymboree Play and Music

Initially we loved this place. The instructors are great — Mau is incredible– and the program it outstanding. Can’t say enough good about our experience. When we left (because our son kept getting sick & we wanted to give him a chance to fully recover) the owners said to come back any time and were totally understanding. This was in November.
Then our card was charged in December. We called & lefts messages with no return calls. We emailed. Still nothing. So we disputed the charge. A little bit later the owner called and apologized up & down. Ok. Mistakes happen. We get it.
Then today we noticed we had been charged AGAIN! At this point we haven’t set foot in the place since October. Come on now. So we called and the person who answered the phone didn’t even offer an apology.
Hopefully it’s fixed now, but I’m skeptical. Good thing I’m on top of my finances.
Great program, but beware.
