Prime Fabrication

I highly recommend Prime Fabrication! We had our entire patio furniture redone. 108′ table, 4 chairs, love seat and chaise lounge. It looks beautiful! Better than when we purchased it brand new. The customer service was great. Laurie was awesome and communicated with me every step of the way. Thank you!!!

Let me start by saying how impressive was with the turn around on my 4 new Alcoa wheels, I went by and dropped them off at 10 this morning, I received a call from Heather at 1 PM saying that they were ready to be picked up, yes 3 hours It was beyond my expectations and the quality of the job was awesome too.
The price was as quoted, I would not hesitate to refer Prime Fabrication to anyone.

This place really does awesome work. Got my wheels done in one day! They offered the convenience of removing the wheels and doing it in an 8 hour turn around. Can’t beat that. Even now, 2 years later, my powder coating looks like the day they did it. Fantastic!

Got my rims and beach cruiser powder coated. Super happy… thinking of bringing my patio furniture who knew you could powder coat so much. Better then buying new and it will last.

Terrible. Terrible service and only slightly better work. I brought them motorcycle footpegs. I needed them painted black. The right person was not in the office, so they could not give me an actual quote just «it will be cheap». Ha, it ended up being $ 180. Also, they didnt mask off a heim joint and it got filled with paint. ALSO, there was no one there to take my money and a production worker helped me. They were unable to find my invoice. It was so bad I didnt even complain about the quality and I just wanted my parts and wanted to be gone. I would NEVER go back. Not for free.

So you are calling me a liar? A women took the parts from me and said she could not quote a price, that it required someone else with more knowledge who was not in the shop at the time.
Also I have had a shift lever coated at another shop before with the exact same heim and they masked it just fine.
And no, there were not 9 parts, there were 7. So that is $ 25 a part, not $ 20. If I had known it was $ 25 to coat a piece barely larger than a quarter, I would not have done it.
And what is this crap about the work order? You guys didnt have one! You had to hand write me a receipt because no one could find the work order. I was helped by the Rich Johnson, as the paper says. I never met you and I never handed you money. I have the receipt, I would attach it but I cant.
Check your facts. I thought the experience was bad enough, you are making it worse. Good job.

4 structural steel posts and bracing for elevated deck. Steep hillside difficult access with lots of angles and varying heights. Very fair price, excellent final product. We butted heads on a couple minor things but I’m stoked with the work.

My frnd Justin and I have the same bike. I took my parts to embee they charged me 165. Justin took the same exact parts to prime and they charged him 250. And the job they did was not up to par. They didn’t bother to mask off the rotor bolts or where the bearings go. And the finish of the product was not good. He got his wheels done in white. The layer of powdercoat was so thin u can see the grey layer underneath. And the finish looks cheap. Luckily he’s a passive person because I would not have left with wheels looking like what he picked up. In the future I will be going back to embee performance for a better quality finish and more selection of colors at way better prices.

Got my wheels powder coated here 6 months ago. The rims look very nice, even 6 months later, the stuff is super scratch resistant!
I only wish I had followed their recommendation and chosen the matte finish instead of the glossy — the glossy finish turns matte very quickly because of all the break dust my 5 series produces.

They are doing great job on wheel powder coating. Nice service.
