We needed to have some localized termite work done on our home. Shane was working in our neighborhood and came by and gave us an estimate. His work ethic shows in his diligence to complete the work as promised and on budget. Buyer Beware!!!
I cannot emphasize enough, I would stay away from this company and specifically Shane Eastwood.
For 9 months we have been given the run around from Shane. He has made numerous promises that never are acted on and ultimately have ended up spending almost $ 5000, to address what Shane promised «He would make right».
Don’t make the same mistake! There are plenty of other company’s in town that operate professionally and ethically, find one of those.

I am in the construction and services industry, so customer service, expertise and attention to detail are very important to me. When I first walked my house with Shane and he started explaining things to me, the way I do with my clients, I knew I was dealing with a genuine professional. From that point it only got better. The entire experience of the whole team, from the crew of guys doing the repairs to Brittany taking the time to answer questions over the phone was unbelievably pleasurable. We have lived in Orange County for over twelve years. I cannot tell you how wonderful it was to work with Shane and his crew on our home. Shane promptly responded to our request for an inspection and provided us with a complete and detailed inspection report citing all areas of our home that needed to be either replaced or repaired from prior termite damage and dry rot. His crew was professional, detail oriented, thoughtful and went very far out of their way to completely meet and exceed our expectations. Our crew consisted of Asia, Scott, Raul and another wonderful guy whose name I have unfortunately forgotten but he was just amazing as well. When we ran into an unexpected (hidden) damaged area Shane came out to take a look and helped to finish the project on time and with a very high quality. What I can say for sure is that with this company and crew you do not have to worry about them cutting corners or putting «band aids» on problems. Shane and his project managers are full of information and seem to love what they do. Their quality of work is unsurpassed and we will be using them again if we have any other needs down the road. Seriously, you cannot go wrong in choosing this company! Brittany is also phenomenal with helping to answer questions and was always very nice and professional to deal with as well.

We noticed termite damage on our deck and called United Termite & Construction. Shane was quick to respond and came out within days. Did a complete inspection at no cost and fortunately found termites only in the deck and one corner of attic. Amazing. as we haven’t had an inspection done in 15 years. He was very professional, honest and was back out for the repairs and treatment on a Saturday! Overall, very satisfied with his quick response and scheduling. Needless to say we will be calling him back in 2 years for a re-​inspection.

AMAZING service from Shane & Brittany. I saw their truck while driving down Alicia Parkway last Tuesday & called him to schedule an inspection at my moms house in Lake Forest (she noticed some tunneling type droppings on the window sill & floor in the living room). Shane got me scheduled for an inspection the next day (last Weds) and gave me a courtesy call when he was on his way so I could meet him. The inspection was quick, he was honest & told me it wasn’t going to be bad & my mom would not have to be tented or leave the house with her animals. He told me he would email a quote & within 2 hours, I had the VERY reasonable quote. I filled out the paperwork, emailed it back & got scheduled for service the very next Wednesday! Today I met him there to perform the service, he was on time, professional & even touched up the places on the wood that he treated with her matching paint. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing this type of service. I love working with small, local businesses & would give them 10 stars if I could! Thanks guys!

We live in Mission Viejo and we had some significant wood damage that we found from termites… After having two companies flake on coming out to see us, I saw United Termites truck drive by on the freeway so I called them up. Even though they had a busy schedule they still fit me in within 24 hours. Shane found things and recommended cost saving approaches to getting things repaired in a more efficient and timely way. Who does that these days? We were blown away at how friendly and professional is team was. His crew completed everything in a timely manner and it looks awesome!

I called a well known local outfit where I live in San Diego to come out and give me a quote on termite damage. They never showed up. I told my friends about it, and they suggested I call United Termite. They had used them, and were very pleased. I called and spoke to Shane the owner. He offered to head down the following day to take a look. He came down assessed the situation, and was able to have the work done for me a few days later. His crew was on time and and very professional. The price was lower than I expected it to be. I will be calling them again to do some construction work!
