History

Established in 2009.

After almost 30 years of experience with outstanding results in doing what he does best — helping people reach their highest potential — Jaime established Integro Success Unlimited and through this professional practice dedicates himself to applying all of his expertise in achieving top-​notch professional performance; coaching and leading teams to success; and enhanced career and business development in pro of his clients.

Business Owner

Jaime Yordán-​Frau is a proven leader, motivational speaker, and highly sought-​after coach and advisor to several community leaders, sales professionals, business people and individuals in general.

Jaime’s first passion has always been helping people transform the quality of their lives by working out their challenges through deep conversations and the exploration of possibilities. Following his passion, Jaime achieved a masters’ degree in science with a concentration in industrial-​Organizational Psychology at the Caribbean Center for Advanced Studies in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where he left an undeniable mark on his professors and peers through his visionary approach to his chosen field of study.

He chose to pursue professional aspirations that would allow him to continue his exploration of success in work and life, starting his 11-​year career in the corporate world. This served as a great learning platform for him to explore and expand his leadership and coaching skills.
