Very friendly and fast service. It was empty though. They had the shoes I was looking for in my size and at a competitive price. I will be going back.

Where do I even start? This has to be the worst place to buy shoes! They sold me a ripped pair of shoes and when I went back to return them they told me they don’t give money back. I asked them why he didn’t tell me that before I bought them and he very rudely yelled, «I DONTNEEDTOTELLYOUITSRIGHTTHERE» as he points to a black board hidden behind the counter. After that I looked around and couldn’t find another thing to exchange my shoes for due to their limited selection I asked if he could give me my store credit at their other location and he agreed. As he’s putting the shoes away I point out the rip and he completely loses his mind and starts shouting at me and telling me he can’t accept the shoes and will not give me my store credit. After having a heated argument with him for over 10 minutes and finally decided to break every rack in that store I decided to just leave. If you live anywhere in San Lorenzo just take your money somewhere else and do not, I repeat do not come here; save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

First of all I had the worst experience with this shoe store. I called ahead of time to ask if they had a certain pair of shoes they claimed they did and that they would hold the shoes for me. When I arrived at they stated they didn’t have the shoes and that they told me that over the phone. Mind you they asked me over the phone when I would be arriving for the shoes. Now if they didn’t have the shoes I wouldn’t understand why you would ask me what time I would be coming to pick up a pair of shoes you DIDNT have. Second upon my arrival they laughed as if it was a joke that I drove all the way up there for them not to have the shoes then tried to get me to look at other shoes since I was already in the store. That was the worst service I have EVER experienced they lied over the phone then thought it was a joke when I wasted my time driving up there. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

This place has to be the top dog for WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER!!! I don’t complain much, but my gosh. I walk in there with a smile, look at the elderly man at the counter & say hello. All I get was a ugly grin. I let it go & ask if they have any plain tee shirts? One of the workers go to the back & gets one. takes about 10 min. so I decide to look around a bit. he comes out & gives it to the old man & as I’m looking at shoes the old man rushingly yells«AYCOMEONBOSSHURRY, I GOTYOUOVERHERE»! I thought it was extremely rude, because I can tell he just wanted me out of there. it somewhat hurt my feelings. so I go to pay for my $ 8 tee with my debit card & he stares at me & says rudely, «OHNO! WEHAVE A $ 25SPENDPOLICYTOUSECARD»! So, I just stare & say«Ok, no thank you then». & he throws up his hands & goes«OKFINE!» He looked miserable as ever & looks like he must hate his job. I will NEVER return there again & hope this steers people away from here. I would give no stars if I could.

I would give negative stars for this place if I could. My wallet was stolen and the thief used my card to spend $ 600 worth of merchandise at this store. I called the store to find out if there was any surveillance video of the day the charges were made. The manager was rude and nonchalant about the fact that fraudulent charges were made in the store, he even claimed that they always check id, then hung the phone up in my face!

Not the best place to shop for shoes. limited selection. They even discourage this location and tell you to check out their Hayward store.

New location. Same service. Below is my review of their Hayward location… True, this place has a lot of kicks… but service is absolutely terrible. They charged my gf $ 75 over retail for a pair of Nikes. Yes, they were limited, but $ 75 is a bit excessive. On top of that, they presell shoes to some people, and claim no knowledge of the shoe they are preselling to others(like myself). Will NEVER step foot in here again, and neither should you.
