I needed a new water heater and they no longer made one for the small size of the space. Victor went to work finding me a great tankless option. Two wonderful guys’ Jose and Jeffrey came out and did all the work in one day. The quote was reasonable, the work excellent! And I had joked about the water heater being my bday present, well they left flowers for me at my door! (now dont expect this) but what kind people, hard working and super job!!! I will use them again!

We noticed some signs of water damage on our ceiling and decided to check it out. Found out that we had a leak coming from the pipes of our second floor bathroom. So I called my friend who is a plumber. Sadly he was out of town that time but he gave me Gladiator’s phone number. I called up and describe what the problem was. To my relief they decided to come the same day because they understand we needed immediate service!
They arrived in the afternoon and fixed it right away. I was startled to see the expertise of the serviceman. It was done in no time at all! It was an excellent service at a very affordable prize!

My brother called because we had a main line clog. We were told what time they would arrive and he was promptly on time. The plumber Eddie was very knowledgable, patient and thorough in helping us understand the cause of the problem. With no delay got right to work and kept us in to what was going on the whole time which was great. He got the job done and we highly recommend. Last but not least the price was unbeatable and fair.

They are great! Very honest and to the point. I own two rental properties and call them for all my plumbing needs because I know they will get it done well, quickly, and at an honest price.

Gladiator Plumbing was punctual, respectful and honest. I paid for 1 hour and had them fix my problem. I then asked them to fix a leak in my sink as well. I would definitely call them again.

I called these guys about getting an inspection in advance of securing a sewer lateral certificate. They were very responsive, came in a timely fashion, and did the inspection for free. They took the time to explain what was going on and when it was clear that the pipes need to be replaced, they gave me a quote and broke down every aspect of it. Just for the honesty and transparency I would give these guys 5 stars. And so I did.

These guys are the best. They are very efficient with my rooter cleaning I knew exactly what to do and got it done and in under an hour. And they did so in a most price efficient manner as well. I highly recommend anyone with plumbing or rooter issues to call these guys.

Recently we had a sewer gas smell in the basement. I contacted 3 plumbers I found on nextdoor.
1^st plumber– crawled under the house and was not able to access the damaged pipe due to duct work blocking it. They recommended we contact someone to remove the duct work before they can proceed. Their price was significantly higher just for the plumbing work.
2^nd plumber was gladiator– they did not crawl under the house but looked around and said they should be able to do the work. Their price range was ½ of what the 1^st plumber recommended.
3^rd plumber– crawled a little bit under the house and also recommended duct work be removed before he can do any work. His price was the cheapest.
I contacted the 2^nd plumber (gladiator) again to come out and provide another estimate to make sure they could do the work without us having to remove the duct. They came back after a few days and crawled under the house and looked at different ways to fix the problem. Ultimately they were creative and made a small hole in the basement and removed the old pipe then installed a one. Although it sounds simple, they really had to do some creative tinkering to make that happen. I really appreciated them actually looking at alternative solutions and really problem solving. This was a difficult job for them and I was very happy that we did not have to remove any of the duct work.
Anyway, just wanted to share my experience about gladiator plumbing. Give them a shot if you have a complex plumbing problem. Raul was the plumber and he did an outstanding job!

Gladiator Rooter & Plumbing! These guys are 10 stars, two thumbs up and absolutely rock!!! Our water heater went out this morning and Gladiator came out immediately and found that a part that was still under warranty wasn’t working… so they ordered a new one. Fast forward to this 7:30 this evening. We turn on the stove to cook and there’s no gas. Gladiator came out again, crawled under the house and found that the gas had been turned off… most likely by a cat (hopefully not some other critter) and took care of it… so while we may not have hot water we are now able to enjoy dinner and then boil water to rinse the dishes off. Tomorrow Gladiator is coming out first thing to repair the water heater.
Oh yeah… one more thing… before they came in the house the shoe coverings were put on. We like people who respect our home.

The best by far for my sewer lateral. So many places were extremely shady, providing false information and falsifying information. These guys were the real deal. Enough said.

Gladiator crew was very busy yet stretched their resources to accomodate us over the MLK holiday at no extra charge. Full service plumbing outfit.

I call them and I was told they charge $ 100 a hour. When they arrive and saw the problem, I was quoted $ 300 for the 3 hour job.
It took them less than 30 mins! They to say the least, exaggerated and made up reasons to make it sound like it is a super completed and time consuming job. All so they can give a also exaggerated quote. All he did was move my dishwasher and replace a hose super quickly.
I have few more properties and now I know I need to keep looking for a honest plumbing company.

My toilets were backed up and I needed help! I called Gladiator and spoke to Robert. He was very friendly and though they were booked up he said he could send someone out between appointments to see if they can help! Sure enough, they sent Jacob. He was very well mannered and went to work right away! Unfortunately his snake broke and so he called his boss and said they would send another person by. Not long after, Philip stopped by and within the hour everything was working perfectly! When all was said and done, they only charged me for Philip’s time!
I consider myself a customer service critic, and I have to say that every person I dealt with at Gladiator was friendly, respectable, knowledgable and they have integrity. Highly recommend!!! I think we got ourselves a new plumber!

I was lucky enough to have Francisco from Gladiator come to my house. I have a 1912 Craftman house and on the 2^nd floor I was getting very poor hot water pressure, the previous owner had put in new copper. It didn’t take Francisco long to figure out there must me a union somewhere. Im pretty handy so to save me money he helped me figure out where I needed to open the floor so I can do that part of the job myself by doing that part myself it saved me around $ 300 :)
Francisco came back and installed the new plumbing now I got good pressure !
I have worked with many contractors in my life but it’s very rare you meet a contractor who is there to help and not there just take your money .
I can’t thank you enough Francisco and Gladiator you guys are amazing!

Tech was experienced and knowledgeable. Solved the drain issue without having to go extensively into the wall. Saved me some $$$ on future clogs if they were to happen. Best of it all… they were there before the time they estimated.
Will continue to get my business and recommendations.

These guys are fantastic! And I’m not that easy a customer to please.
I had three leaks and my water bills were skyrocketing. Gladiator, represented by the very courteous and professional Raul, came in and assessed the situation very quickly. Raul then explained it to me in a way where I instantly understood what was happening.
They were on time and did fantastic work. They cleaned up after themselves and left no trace they had ever been there I was sick, lying around like a slug while they were there. They were very respectful to me. They finished quickly and I got a very fair invoice.
