here’s my problem with this place: they never answer the phone or return your message. It’s impossible to cancel appointments, so they will charge you a no show fee. We have to come to the office in person to book an appointment.

I was referred here by my regular dentist for a procedure called crown lengthening in order to save my molar. Like everyone else, I’m leery of dentists and was a nervous wreck before this procedure but Dr Ching put me at ease. His chair side manner is excellent. And in the end I made a big deal over nothing because the procedure was painless and my molar is saved. Highly recommended!

Dr Ching by far is the best!!! His staff was excellent in helping with the Insurance process. His office was professional and provided 5 Star customer service.
I too had extensive bone and tissue loss on a front tooth. Dr Chings consulted with me to make sure he was providing me with all the information available so I could make an educated decision. He was courteous, professional and never was I ever in any discomfort or nervous throughout the process.
I highly recommend his office if you need Periodontal work completed. Post operation Dr Ching would call to check and see how I was doing and his personal touch is what made me a fan…

I needed a dental implant for my upper front tooth (yes, the front). The infection and extensive bone loss created a more complicated situation for my regular dentist so he referred me to Dr. Ching.
Since this was my first implant I wasn’t sure how to tell an excellent periodontist from an OK one. Now that implant and crown are completed, I must say Dr. Ching is an excellent periodontist. He analyzed my situation thoroughly, thought about the best action to take and saw me on a regular basis to monitor my progress (bone graft and implant).
A critical part of the implant is the alignment as this determines the alignment of the crown. Now that I have the crown on the implant, I can see that the alignment is perfect. This is especially important for a front because if the implant was placed at the wrong angle, my front tooth would either be bucked or recessed. My front tooth is perfectly aligned with the other front teeth.
If you ever need an implant, I highly recommend Dr. Ching (he has an excellent, pleasant staff too).

A few months ago, I had to get pin insert in order to pulling my teeth back for my braces. My ortho recommended Dr. Ching and I’m glad she did because he was just exceptional. Dr. Ching really cares about his patients especially in making them feel comfortable in their procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Ching for anyone seeking a periodontist because Dr. Ching is just amazing.

I ended up at Dr. Ching’s. I was quite terrified of the extraction and subsequent implant. He made me comfortable with the process taking the time to explain and answer questions. Extremely professional and wonderful bedside manner. I did not feel rushed in any way and would recommend him 100%.

Not only did Dr. Ching do outstanding work, but his staff is very helpful in straightening out billing issues with insurance.
I had the same experience as Melanie C. regarding his «chair-​side» manner and respect for my concerns. He went to great lengths to walk me through the procedure and help me understand what he was doing.

I came to Dr. Ching for a second periodontal opinion, on the referral of my dentist. Dr. Ching was very friendly and caring. He reviewed pictures from my dental history before coming in to examine me.
Dr. Ching sat down and reviewed my medical history with me and asked what I wanted out of treatment, as this affects my treatment plan. He talked with my mom and I for 15 minutes or so giving us information and answering questions before he ever looked in my mouth.
He seemed very thorough yet gentle in his examination. I felt very at ease and able to trust him, and I will be returning here for surgery next month, and may have an update at that time.
UPDATE: I’ve had 3 surgeries now by Dr. Ching, and my high opinion of him stands. I experienced very little pain with my gum grafts. The nitrous oxide was free upon request, and he was very understanding of my laughter in the middle of the procedure. I chose not to take the antibiotics he prescribed prior to each surgery (as a precaution) and he was perfectly okay with me making that choice, rather than giving me a bad time for not following his directions as a narcissistic doctor would.
He’s a very caring man, and wanted me to come back for a final checkup. He asked me to bring pictures of the wedding, since it was after the fact. Caring, knowledgeable, gentle.
The office staff is just as friendly. They seemingly remember anyone they talk to.
My last visit he asked if I had any questions, and I asked him about proxabrushes, since the ones a previous periodontist had given me were helpful. He loaded me up with a bunch for free so I should be set for a few years, anyway (these things cost like $ 2 – 3 each at Walgreens).
I definitely recommend him to anyone!
