I live in San Francisco and I work in the east bay, so I wait until the work week to come here on my lunch break and get my nails done. This salon is fast, efficient, and has reasonable prices. They always make sure to get me in and out quickly so I can get back to work. I’ve never once overpaid, felt that the service was poor, and/​or dealt with any other typical nail salon issues.

Not happy. I enjoyed QT nails and the fabulous pedis. New owners just took over and initial impressions are terrible. My bi-​weekly mani /​pedi business is seeking a new standby. Sorry to say my business is headed elsewhere.

First time at this place as i was in the area, and was happy with the price and service received. Basic pedicure: nail trim, cuticle grooming, hot lotion, massage with a warm tower wrap with polish… heck, thats all i need with the relaxing massage chair.
Place was not busy for a Sunday around 11:00 which was nice… no appt, no wait and just lucked out! Chairs look a little run down but work just fine, place clean, nails look nice, people friendly, and out in about an hour. I didnt bring my flip flops as it was a last minute decision so they gave me the disposable ones which was nice!
This place won’t break the bank…$ 25 for service and tip. Plenty of parking and located in the Pak n Save shopping center on Floresta/Washington…will definitely return when in the area.

I do not suggest this place! I haven’t found a good nail place around here or Hayward that I really like. I only came here because it was close to home. I’m not sure of the girls name who did my nails, but she did take a pretty long time & that was okay because I thought they wer looking pretty good! I was satisfied at first then 3 days later one of my nails came off so easily I didn’t even notice it happened. I called over 5 times to see if I could come in & I got no answer. Went In & had them fix it. 3 days after that another nail came off. The next day there goes another nail! Seriously in only one week 3 nails broken! Not okay at all! I will definitely not be going there ever again!

i absolutely love this place! nancy does the best pedicures and she is very nice. amy does great nails i have had her do mine twice but i am no longer wearing acrylics. the place is very clean and they offer waxing and facials as well

I was in dire need of removing my old gel polish and decided to visit this place.
Right when I stepped in, the two ladies working there greeted me and asked what I needed. I told them I made an appointment, but they didn’t even check for my name in the schedule and just told me to have a seat. Maybe the lady who took down my appointment was one of them and remembered it?
Anyways, the younger lady (forgot to ask her name) worked on my nails. She was very nice and did a great job! No bubbles, lumps/​unevenness, sloppiness. Nails are smooth and shiny (you can see my photo). For $ 25+tip, great deal! I’ll be coming back :)

Highly recommended. I don’t know why I haven’t reviewed about this salon before, but this place is literally amaazing if I could underline amazing, I totally would. I haven’t gone to any another nail salon since I’ve found this place. It’s super close to home and they always give the best service when I come in. Every time I come here I get my nails done by Nancy, she takes her time on my nails and makes them perfect every single time. Not once have I left disappointed. I swear to you ladies I will forever be loyal to this place I can tell all of you that.

Pedicure was awesome until it was time to polish… HORRIBLE! Same for my manicure… Gel job horrible!!! Polish stuck to my skin! It looks horrible and very very very disappointed. They said they can do designs but every design they can’t do and want to free style!?! Well did you free style all the designs on here!?! I’m so upset I don’t even want to pay!

Very horrible experience when I got my fill. The texture of the nail polish was horrible. The only thing good was the pedicure minus the technician getting upset because I wanted to change my color. Not happy at all I wish I could get my money back and my sisters. Definitely won’t be coming back

Just finished my fill, color change and pedicure here and was so excited that I had to review right away. We came at 10:45 with an appointment and they took us right away. My mom was with me and she was getting a mani pedi as well. I got the regular pedicure, and the girl that worked on me was fantastic. She spent almost 45 minutes alone grooming my cuticles, and filing my toe nails. She massaged my feet and legs, scrubbed the bottom of my foot and rubbed in lotion. I asked for gel on my toes and she did a wonderful job. The color is completely even and covers the whole nail. Which a lot of places can’t seem to do! All the while I had another woman working on my fill. I had a full set done at another salon and completely hated it. The woman working on my nails fixed them completely. All I told her was I wanted them filed down evenly, and I wanted my acrylics as thin and natural looking as possible. She did both perfectly! I love the shape she did them, just a simple square, but some places do square so bulky. I’m so happy she made them such a wonderful shape. She made them so nice and thin, I can even believe these are my real nails. She worked for just as long as the other woman did on fixing my cuticles and shaping my nails. Then when I finished my pedicure I walked over to a new station to get my nails painted. I wanted gel again, and she was so patient making sure to keep the polish even and cover every inch of the nail. I am beyond satisfied and will definitely be coming here again. I highly suggest it.

Very friendly staff that greeted me immediately upon entry. I told them I wanted a pedicure and they got a chair set up for me. First flag was they never put any bath salts in the water, defeats the process of softening your skin. She barely scrubbed my feet, which is like the whole point of getting a pedicure. The massage was great. I asked for pink and white, and I have clear with white tips; it looks awful. Definitely will not come back which is unfortunate because the staff is great and the location is nice as well.

On a quest to find my new salon. This place is about a year old. I Did the deluxe pedicure, $ 35 for the whole experience. Soak, scrub, lotion, paraffin wax and massage. Reasonable. Lots of color to choose from from. Friendly, will have to come back to try a manicure.

They are great! I showed them a picture of how I wanted my nails and they were able to do it. I will go there from now on to get my nails done! Go here no where else.

definitely will come back. I got the 3-​D gel designed by Amy. The place is clean and they have the best massage chair. I have in-​grown nail on my toes and the lady new without me telling her and she took care of it, best service ever.

So I checked Unilocal to find a good nail salon and this had the highest review in my area. I called ahead and they told me to come at a different time which I did. I got there and I still needed to wait 30 to get seating (I came with a cousin and we wanted to sit together so maybe that’s why) I was a bit annoyed about that but everything else was amazing.
These ladies gave great massages, not the puny Ill rub my hands on your legs but really getting into it. They took really took care of my feet and hands.
I feel that they were a bit understaffed but other than that really good!

Ugh where do I begin??? PERIOD POINT BLANK THIS IS MY NEW NAIL SHOP! I love Amy she hooked me up after my horror experience I had at another nail shop in San Leandro. I told her exactly how I wanted my nails shaped and she did them perfectly way way better than the other shop. If u haven’t tried this place I HIGHLY suggest it! You will not regret them.

This Place Rocks!!! I Went There For The First Time With My Mom And She Loved It. Its Owned By My Best Friends Mom So Im All About Supporting The Business But In All Honesty They Provide The Best Customer Services And Their Great Services Varies From Mani To Spa Treatsments. Love It

I always like to give new nails shops a try since I can’t go to my old nail shop at times. I were next door getting something from Subway and noticed this place and just came in and asked if someone can please take my nails off. Right away I notice the shop very nice and clean. Amy and the staff are very professional and have great customer service. I like how they take they time and work on your nails and pedicure and don’t rush like other nail shops, thats a very big plus to me and every other customer who are having something done.
