Recently I needed to sell my mom’s house in San Lorenzo. I wanted a real estate agent with experience, San Lorenzo market and home pricing knowledge, and a team player I could work with. She helped me establish an appropriate price and prepare the house for potential buyers by staging it so it could make the best presentation possible. She clearly explained her sales and marketing approaches and those strategies led to its selling in less than a month. Throughout the entire process Jessica communicated what she was doing, setup all the necessary inspections, and held two open houses, the second one led to the final sell. She helped me complete all the necessary documents required, which can be quite complicated, and answered all questions I had. What Jessica gave me was the peace of mind in knowing that I had hired a real estate professional who would be there with me every step of the way and the assurance that I could completely rely on her expertise to sell my mom’s house without any major complications, thus making it a non-​stressful experience.
