Adaptive Driving Systems

These folks are the best! We just purchased our second BraunAbility modified Toyota Sienna van from them. We also purchased an electric scooter from them a couple of years ago. Their prices are fair, the service is excellent, and you won’t find another team that works so hard to meet your needs. We are so lucky to have this business serving the needs of the disabled on the Central Coast.

Been meaning to write about these folks for several years now and just never seem to get around to it. As I recently had my van serviced, it is a fine time to catch up.
John Via and his wife Jeri own the business. John runs the shop, and Jeri runs the office. They are perfect for this type of business, and it is easy to see why they have customers who just keep coming back. They pay attention to what you are saying and understand that for many of their customers, the van or scooter is about the most important thing in life (next to breathing and the like).
The two guys in the shop with John are Bob and Eddie, and as far as I can tell, they are near perfectionists. The vans they work on can come up with some real perplexing bugs. These guys track them down and fix them.
Up front, Jeri recently got some help from Justin, and it is just what she needed. He’s young, energetic, competent, and pleasant to deal with.
When an elderly family member needed a handicap van several, this was the first place visited. It has stayed the only place visited.
