Business Owner
Tony Park is a self-stylized sushi master. After working his way up the restaurant ladder to become lead sushi chef, he worked his magic in the Los Angeles area for 12 years, honing his skill to superior heights.
Studying the craft of owning and operating a successful sushi restaurant, he ventured out of the area to establish what is now the legendary and highly tauted Izakaya Raku in Grover Beach, CA, not far from his new establishment in San Luis Obispo: Raku.
With attention to detail, Tony has perfected the art of fine dining. Offering unparalleled gustatory sensations, through unique blends of home-made spices and flavors resting upon the freshest set of ingredients, and an unrivaled ambiance, Tony is setting the standard for what cuisine can rise to be. Ultimately, as he put it in a recent New Times article, he wants customers to have fun and an experience that brings them closer together.
