I just finished my fourth and final session with Dr. Gottesman. I received relief from my continual upper back and neck pain. I would recommend DNFT (directional non-​force technique) adjustment to anyone that is suffering from pain and discomfort. It only took 4 sessions for me to experience total relief. Dr. Gottesman is an incredibly nice man. Do not hesitate to call him and schedule a visit and learn more about DNFT.

Dr. Rob is a very sincere and knowledgeable healer. In six visits over the course of three weeks, my chronic of 30 years pain has been reduced to almost nothing. He paid attention to my complaints, and adjusted his treatment accordingly. The technique is very different from what I had tried before, and Dr. Rob’s approach is very effective. I highly recommend taking the time and effort to taking this step to healing. My treatment ended six weeks ago, and I still feel great!

I tried Dr. Rob because my usual chiropractor Dr. Hannon was out of town and his assistant recommended Dr. Rob. I had never heard about Directional Non-​Force Technique (DNFT), but I felt he explained it quite thoroughly before working on me. THERE IS NO CRACKING or any other kind of force used! I also liked the fact that he did not try to sell me any supplements, etc., which has always made me uncomfortable in others. Another great thing about Dr. Rob is that he did not try to get me to commit to a certain treatment schedule. He felt that he could take care of the pain I was experiencing in approximately 4 sessions, but after only 3 I was feeling so great, it was all I needed. Like the Great Dr. Hannon, Dr. Rob says «call when you need me». I so appreciate that kind of honesty in the sometimes shifty world of chiropractic.
He is very professional, gentle, respectful, kind and very passionate about this technique which is basically sending vibrations through his thumbs to specific parts of the body. It felt like he was hardly touching me, his touch was so gentle but boy oh boy did it ever make a difference in the way I was feeling!
I admit some aspects of the treatment are kind of «weird» to me – he has patients change into an all cotton robe and has them hold onto a piece of copper, while he has a piece of copper in his pocket. It has something to do with allergens and energy. That was all kind of beyond me and he himself will admit that he doesn’t really understand every single thing about this method that makes it work so well – only that it does.
Stay open-​minded and give him a shot at that issue you always thought you would have to just live with… he is a breath of fresh air.

I have had life changing pain relief as a result of visiting Dr. Rob Gottesman. For many years I have had debilitating back pain. It is now non existent. It is an absolutely amazing change. Dr. Rob and the Directional Non-​Force Technique have created healing for issues that I’d thought were simply unavoidable side effects of aging and injury. In very little time, I’ve seen amazing resolution of things I thought I was going to just have to live with.
I had been restricted in certain movements and experienced discomfort all throughout the day prior to my treatments. Just in my first visit, my TMJ symptoms became virtually non-​existent. I’ve also seen remarkable improvements in my hormone balance, digestion, and sleep, as well as range of motion and flexibility.
