A Frame of Art is locally owned and operated. We have been providing custom picture framing and art cleaning and restoration to the residents and businesses of San Marcos and N San Diego area since 1989.

Our founder has been in the picture framing and art restoration industry for over past 37 years. Our staff are all very talented designers and framers who have all been in the industry for about 20 years.

Richard has been in the picture framing and art restoration industry for more than 37 years! He started out in the framing industry when he was young and over the years he realized he wanted to own and manage his own business.

He has an endless amount of knowledge in the industry and is always eager to provide the perfect frame for your work of art.
