The entire staff is very nice & the office is clean. Great place.

I paid $ 100 to remove a permanent retainer on the back of my teeth. They only took out the wire though. When I asked why the glue was still there they said it was plaque and that I had to pay another $ 200 to clean it out. I found another dentist who said it was just glue and she took it out for $ 100. These people are either amateurs or they’re liars. This happened years ago but I decided to do a follow up because it was really dishonest.

Just finished our first visit and I am so glad that I have found this place. I am from Chicago and have taken my children to pediatric dentists there and Dr. Jumper and his team out performs them all. Just family dentist with pwds on the left and adults on the right. A one stop shop for the whole family. Excellent customer, easy to get an appointment time that worked with busy schedule, and the atmosphere is the tops!

Wow. There are not enough adjectives to describe how lovely this experience was. Our 5.5 year old daughter required a fair bit of dental work and the office in Austin was loathe to commit to that — stating that Dr. Jumper was THE pediatric dentist to handle this type of work.
We arrived early, they got us in about 20 minutes after our scheduled appointment time (meh, not so great on timing but it was our first visit here and this was a speciality that required ‘sedation’.)
Once in the chair, they allowed me to hang with my daughter through the entire process, a far cry from our previous experience with young children and dental work — they disappear through the doors with your small kid and return them with some silver and tears… groggy and hungover. In this case I got to be responsible for her exit from the chair. She was such a good sport and sat very still. Dr. Jumper is young and a breath of fresh air. He is knowledgeable and can speak to you and your child in ‘plain terms’ to give you a total and complete understanding of the wrk to be performed. The assisting nurse was lovely as well, always reassuring and understanding.
Cut to: Exit, holding a groggy, drooling child — because the office manager was clear about costs in the beginning, before they even started, we knew what to expect and there was NO STICKER SHOCK on ponying up on your way out!
GO TO THIS OFFICE (or the one in Austin, also filled with lovely people!) especially if you are looking for people who actually care about what’s in your mouth MORE than what’s in your wallet!

My trip to Aloha Dental was great. It was clean, staff was friendly and I was out of there in less than an hour. The dentist noticed some problem areas and recommended treatment, but was honest and did not pressure me into getting costly procedures done immediately. He said I might want to get some work done in the next couple years, but it wouldn’t hurt to address the issues before they progress, either. Honesty (and not some dentist just trying to make a boat payment) is appreciated. Lol.
They showed me payment options and insurance coverage right after my exam. I liked that it was easy to understand, and that I didn’t have to even deal with my insurance company. The ladies at the front desk took care of all the paperwork.
I’ll go back to Aloha Dental, and recommend them for anyone who wants simple, honest and fast dental care. They give you a cute little aloha dental bag after your visit too. Nice gesture.
P. S. They offer free teeth whitening. Awesome :)

Great staff! I’m not huge fan of getting my mouth explored, but I always feel very comfortable here.

I’m sorry to say my experience here was disappointing. I took my child in for his first «big boy» cleaning. They took him to the back, without warning me the visit would take 2 hours (?!) and told me I couldn’t come to the back with my child, who was being put under «twilight». After his visit, I asked if I could speak to the dentist because 1) I wanted to know who’d had his or her hands in my kid’s mouth for 2 hours and 2) I wanted to know how my kid was doing with his brushing, etc. I waited another 20 minutes, then asked how much longer it would be. The dentist had gone to lunch. It was a bizarre and unnerving experience. We won’t be back.

Aloha dental is hands down THE best in the area. Dr. Garcia is friendly and has a very nice touch. As someone who HATES the dentist, he was amazing!!! I highly recommend!

Let me start by saying I hate going to the dentist. I hadn’t been in a while so I was concerned about it being painful, but Dr. Jumper and his hygienist explained everything to me so that I knew what to expect. He made sure I wasn’t in any pain and got all my work done in one day, which was great and appreciated. The office looks really nice and the staff was nice. I definitely recommend him to anybody looking for a new dentist.

I took my 12 year old daughter to Aloha Dental today for some minor tooth pain. My neighbor takes her children here and she had really good things to say about the staff and the doctor. They were able to get us an appointment the same day! The doctor was really nice and took his time because my daughter was really anxious about going to the dentist. He was very gentle and patient. We both highly recommend Aloha Dental.
