Crescent Dental was founded in September of 2011. Our first location was opened in Seguin, Texas to a warm reception to the community. The next two locations were opened at the beginning of 2012 in San Marcos and San Antonio.

We have built these practices to create a family-​friendly environment with no descrimination of age. We begin seeing patients from 6 months old and thrive on taking care of the whole family. Oral hygiene is a family practice and we understand that. Starting from an early age, with parent education, we work to prevent oral problems before they have a chance to arise.

Crescent Dental has also made a strong effort to ingrain ourselves in our local communities by promoting oral health awareness. We are constantly trying to find local events and health fairs to participate in where we can help everyone gain a little further understanding about the state of their mouths.

Meet the Manager

Dr. Hector T.

Manager

Dr. Hector Tijerina is currenlty the primary doctor in our San Marcos location. He was born and raised in Laredo, Texas. After attending UT San Antonio, where he received his Bachelors in Biology, he moved to Dallas to work on his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at Baylor College of Dentistry. He currently resides in Austin, Texas. In his downtime, Dr. Tijerina spends time with Donnie, his pup, and enjoys going to live concerts! What better place to do that than Austin, right?
