NRK Karate is North San Diego County’s home for traditional Karate health and fitness from the birthplace of all Karate, Okinawa Japan. We teach the oldest style of Karate in the new and old ways. NRK Karate also offers the newest most complete health and fitness program developed from the culture, diet and training regimen of Okinawa, the nation with the largest number of people to reach the century mark on the planet. History

Established in 2011.

NRK Karate is the culmination of our sensei’s more than 26 years of training in traditional martial arts, and more than 19 years as an instructor. Throughout that time Sensei has trained State, Regional, and National Karate Champions; help families to grow together as a unit; and contributed to the physical and emotional development of hundreds of young people.
