Fool me once, your fault. Fool me twice, my fault!
I’ve shipped plenty of ‘free return’ items from this store without any problems. It didn’t matter the method of return– whether it was USPS or UPS. They’ve always taken it, scanned the package, given me a receipt… done and done.
Not today. The woman (and I believe she is the owner) simply refused my package based on the label. She said they can’t process ‘USPS returns’ since they won’t be reimbursed. I asked if this was a new policy because I’ve always dropped packages off and they’ve happily accepted it without any problems before. She never answered me… just told me they couldn’t accept the package.
I won’t be returning since their rules are inconsistent.

So at the UPS store to return Verizon cable boxes and routers. They weren’t busy when I got there. As a matter of fact, I was the ONLY customer the first 5 minutes. Verizon told me the equipments would be packed and mailed by UPS for free so I basically brought everything in a bag. Soon enough, 3 customers came in while the guy who was helping me was packing the Verizon stuff and a line started. Only 2 people were working then. The woman told me…“Next time, you need to mail something get your husband to pack it for you so you don’t hold up the line.” I said…” I don’t have a husband and besides Verizon told me UPS will pack and ship it for free.” I was smiling the whole time eventhough I want to YELL at that «bruha» for the stupid things she just said. Seriously… at this day and age. …I CAN PACK MY OWN BOXES… with or without a husband… if Verizon had said I needed to do it to return the equipment. Omg!!! This is so ridiculous!!!

I have had a mailbox here for over two years and I couldn’t be happier. The staff is always so friendly whenever we go in. I can send my children in and they are just as polite and sweet to them. I also love that you can give them a call to see if you have mail in your box before driving to the store. And if you don’t have your key, they never act like it is a hassle to get your mail. I highly recommend this UPS Store!

The people who own this store have always done so well for us. They are always friendly and greet you with a smile, they are helpful, they understand customer service, and they go above and beyond to add a personal touch to each experience. I’ve shipped with them several times a year to send things to family across the country, and they always remember me when I come in, even though I’m not a daily/​weekly customer. When I had some items I shipped break because I hadn’t packed them well enough, and UPS on the other end of the country wouldn’t deliver it as a result, they helped me re-​pack the unbroken items more carefully so they could be reshipped and gave me a discount, even though it wasn’t their fault. They are just good people who care about their customers.

I had a great experience here after coming from the ups store at 663 s rancho Santa Fe rd. the people here were quick and polite. Thank you.

They have always been very helpful! It seems to be family owned and you can tell by the customer service. The service I get is the only reason I use ups.

Horrible service. My overnighted package is on its 6^th day of delivery. I have yet to receive my package due to a «missing apt #»…the address is a house… with the address clearly listed. This is the worst UPS experience I have ever had. I contacted UPS and they said there was nothing they could do. I could not pick up my item. I just had to wait 2 more days till the driver figures out how to use a GPS and not pull into the apt complex in front of the house. I will forever be using fed ex from now on… I will cringe at the site of a poop brown UPS trunk.

This place literally sucks I definitely recommend fedex or even USPS my go to shipping service. This place sucks I paid $ 15 for shipping to deliver a few boxes and twice they failed to ship my package like there is numbers on the curb knock on the door. First day the guy walked up to the mailbox and there’s 2 next to each other with no number but I guess he couldn’t figure it out cause it’s rocket science I guess. This failure to ship is costing me $ 1000 thanks UPS I appreciate your terrible service. And the idiots you put on the job. I should’ve just gone with FEDEX it would’ve cost me $ 30 but I’m sure they wouldn’t miss my house. Or even USPS PRIORITY MAIL would’ve cost about $ 8 and take 2 days. If I could negative star I would. Hate this service will never recommend to anyone. Beware people who work here are idiots!!! Straight McDonald’s employees.

VERY friendly customer oriented staff. Doesn’t try to price gouge — will help you explore cheapest and fastest options for shipping. Ability to do everything here from shipping, copying, printing, notary, etc. Will come back/​10.

Yesterday I had to ship many large and oddly shaped items. Altogether 9 boxes were sent out. Mano was extremely kind, helpful and respectful of my items, my time and funds. He insured that everyone was packed safely and shipped economically. I will ABSOLUTELY continue to send my packages from this location!

I walked in looking for a small box for shipping some items. I had been to another place down the road that had a box for $ 8.00. I thought it was too steep so I came here. I was able to print documents, buy a box, & postage all for $ 10.00 on top of that the service was a 5 star. It was close to closing time and they waited patiently while I got all of my proper do intents to seal and mail. I like this place and the service is great. I’ll return for my postage and etc. needs.

Very good customer service and you can do just about anything you need at this store! Notary, print, copy, ship, buy supplies and more.

I’ve been there several times.
When I got notalization, I got very good impression with young lady employee.
But when I visited this Ups store for printing. I was kind of mad at owner or emplyoees.
They were not a professional AND too pricy for printing two pages for $ 3.
Notalization fee was $ 10. When I check fee at Unilocal with another store, it’s $ 6~7.
I’m not so cheap person, however one page printing is $ 1.50? It’s way too much.

Great store with very friendly and helpful staff. We went there to get a document notarized and discovered that everyone there was a notary so they all can provide the service. The manager popped her head out from behind and greeted us. Nice touch!

I have been to this place a couple times.
The first time, I needed to send a large package to a friend. The middle-​age woman, who I assume was one of the owners, was very sweet. I had forgotten to copy down a part of the mailing address (was it Dr, St, or Ave?) and she patiently helped me figure it out by looking up similar addresses in the hopes that I would recognize one of them.
The second time, I needed a passport photo. I was helped by a young fellow named Nick (read the cashier name on my receipt). He was super friendly and personable. He was using a point-​and-​shoot digital camera and offered to take multiple photos to ensure that I was happy. I was a bit skeptical of the finished product because it was a tad dark, grainy, and a millimeter smaller than what the US Passport peeps accept, but I got my passport with no problems, so I was happy. Before heading to this location, I called around to the post office, a couple Fedexs and UPSs. This was the cheapest at $ 9.95.
Another time, I asked for a quote from the middle-​aged man, who I assume was the owner. He estimated that it would cost at least $ 65 just to pack a sewing machine. He couldn’t give me an «upper limit» until he actually packed it, which I didn’t understand considering he’s been in the packing and shipping business for a while.

The gentleman who manages this store needs a lesson in listening and customer service. I just arrived home after trying to give this business my business for a service that they offer. When I arrived in the store, the manager was busy telling another customer how he couldn’t possibly help her (literally) and not even letting her get a word in edgewise. When it came my turn, I was told that I didn’t have the proper forms required for the service, and that I should «google it», it being the forms that I required. A quick google indicates that the form that he was referencing is available online, which, in the time he took to berate me and insult me, he could have downloaded. I could have lived with all of this rudeness, but he refused to print out the form that was required and save me a trip. Congratulations, sir; you just lost $ 50.00 today and a customer for good. Fedex is just accross the 78 and there are many, many UPS and Postal Annex Stores Close by that are customer oriented.

I had to drop off my old Uverse equipment here, the week before Christmas. Despite a line out the door, and a crowd of impatient, rude customers, the cashiers and the owner were so helpful and friendly! The owner personally helped me with the equipment return process, kindly explained how time-​consuming it was before we started, and chatted with me during the whole 20 minute transaction. He was so friendly, and even mentioned to me that he had missed his lunch that day so he could make sure that all of his customers got their Christmas gifts out in time — how many business owners would do that for their customers? I don’t really need shipping services very often, but I will definitely return to this location when I do because they treated me like valued customer.

Odd. I needed to ship a prepaid package. I asked if I could have a shipping pouch so that I can put my label in. She said they don’t have one and that she’ll tape it for me for «free»
