As an athlete competing in Track & Field, Ice Hockey, and Golf, Dr. Walter has experienced many injuries. This experience coupled with his training in Sports Injury Prevention and Treatment has brought success in treating athletes of all types and skill levels.

Translating this Chiropractic skill and care to the general public is proving to have wonderful results in Pain Management. Achy, painful necks and backs felt by office people with prolonged hours of sitting doing computer work, to retail professionals with hours on their feet, and pregnant women with new found discomforts, to children with bladder control issues that also frequently wet their beds… these conditions plus many more Dr. Walter has been able to treat through Chiropractic care!

Prenatal Chiropractic Visit!!!
Let me start out by saying I have had some pretty uncomfortable chiropractic experiences before. I am 38 weeks pregnant and having lots of pain so I became desperate to give another chiropractor a try.
BEST decision ever, Dr. Walter Fermin is great!!! I was comfortable the moment I walked in his office, he was so knowledgeable with the consultation. I was a little nervous being so far along with my pregnancy but he comforted me and we got started.
In the beginning he used a cooling lotion that felt so good on my sore muscles then massaged my back. He did the cracking part once I was relaxed and I felt better right away. He also used some kinesiology tape on my tummy to support the ligaments that are stretching and on my back and legs. I had never had so much done before with other chiropractors.
I left there so beyond happy and cannot wait to go back again a couple of days. He is great at what he does and I appreciate feeling relief after this long painful pregancy. Go see him you won’t regret it!!!

I felt very welcome and at ease upon my first visit with Dr. Fermin. He talked with me at length about my symptoms and how we should proceed. During my procedure… he didn’t just start cracking my bones. He took the time to massage my muscles to where when he did make adjustments they weren’t earth shattering noises you could hear a block away. I am going back to him on a regular basis and I highly recommend him. Also, he used the «Tape» on me. I didn’t realize how well the tape worked until I took it off.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for some time now…
Dr. Walter is undeniably one of the best chiropractors I’ve seen. I have visited a few since having chronic shoulder pain due to snowboarding injuries. I was put at ease with his calm disposition. He thoroughly explained his approach to healing and took time to answer all of my questions. He really does go over and beyond for his patients ensuring that they are satisfied and educated on the care they received. The biofreeze he uses really helped loosen up any discomfort I felt from my adjustment. He is a saint and very family oriented. I would highly recommend his services.
Bonus is that he shares his office with an excellent massage therapist.

From the moment I stepped into his practice, I knew I was in good hands. As a new patient, Dr. Fermin took the time to clearly explain his approach to chiropractic wellness and assured me that I would feel better. After a posture analysis, nerve testing, and some initial diagnostics, my spine was adjusted. I feel great! I would highly recommend Dr. Walter Fermin to anyone looking for chiropractic care!

Dr. Fermin really wants you to be healthy! His approach entails listening to what is going with you and then addressing those concerns with individualized modalities. Everything is included in your visit. For me it’s the massage with the Thumper to get blood flow moving and warming up my back muscles, then it is an adjustment that takes into account, the state that my body is in, then he uses kinesiology tape and explains to me what is happening with muscles that affect my posture and ways for me to strengthen them. Dr. Fermin is interested in our health. All I can say is that we have finally found OUR family chiropractor! My husband and I highly recommend Dr. Fermin, and my husband is a very tough customer.

I have been to a few different Chiros in SD county trying to find a «home» well I no longer have to shop! Dr. Walter is the best, he adjusts you in a private office, does not force un-​needed services on you and care about your total well being. I have never brought my kids before to a chiro however now I will! He is simply the best. I look forward to my appointments with him! I do not think I have ever laughed so much or enjoyed going as much as I do!

Dr. Fermin is a professional in his craft. Had a lower back pain that I was dealing with for months and after only a few short visits he was able to relieve so much of the pain. I highly recommend anyone with any chiropractic problems to give him a try.

I’ve been to many Chiropractors in the past. I found relief from most of them, yet it did not seem to last more than a day. Dr Walter was able to relax my muscles, and provide an excellent adjustment. He followed it up with a stretching regimen and some nutritional advise to prevent future inflammation. He truly knows his craft.
