They are now closed. Sad to see a long-time shop close on 25th Avenue.

Not so warming here. Ive been in only a few times. Place always seems empty and there is way too much unoccupied space. Always seems like they are closing shop. But once at the register you are in and out.

This has been my go-to liquor store ever since I was a kid. And since I’ve been working on the block, I frequent it even more often now. Great selection of beer and wine, and they often have sales on selected alcohol. If I am ever hungry or thirsty at work, you can find me here.

They’ve got alot of beers, six pack size only though. Alot of liquors and high end liquors that would normally be locked in a case at Bev Mo or at any grocery store. Why do I spend my money here? Because the owners are missing teeth and they make me laugh. Also because they’re super chill and friendly and will talk to you about different liquors. and best, they’re prices easily beat the main retailers by significant amounts. Trust me, its worth going a little out of your way if youre going to by something like an 18 year. HITITNEAT my friends.

Self serve ice freezer by the scoop. These are hard to find and pricing is very reasonable. It’s great when you’re having a big party or bbq and need a lot of ice. You can simply bring in a large bucket or cooler and scoop away. Store is not messy like a lot of liquor stores. In fact, the floor space is kind of wide open. They could definitely use more of the floor to carry additional products if they wanted.

25th Ave liquors has a good selection of mainstream and microbrews, all priced. probably 90% of the brews is cheaper than their competitors. lotto sales popular here. many hard liquor and wines available. not sure of pricing. flatscreen: baseball pour: sierra nevada southern hemisphere harvest(4.99+) -«fresh hop ale” — very hoppy beer. 4.2 stars –more complex and robust than their signature ale. on draught: –interesting selection of microbrews. –nice to see brews here i haven’t seen elsewhere. –one clerk on duty…

The owner of this store is the mayor of 25th ave. He’s been there for years selling beer and candies to the locals. It has all the necessities of a liquor store like smokes/lotto/scratchers and a huge wine selection. When a bay area team is playing they always have it on a big screen so you can keep an eye on the game. The prices are just right and the selection is decent. This is your corner liquor store.

This store’s prices on beer beats all other independent stores in the area. They pass along supplier sales to customers. I left out a star cuz I wish they had a little more selection, though their’s is better than most.

After eating down the street I went on my quest for weird sodas. 25th didn’t have a lot of sodas in general(more on the liquor) but they do carry these new«float» sodas( ) which were A&W Root Beer or Sunkist Orange mixed with cream so simulate a float in a bottle. The orange one was good but the root beer one was weak. If you’re into high caloric(230 calories yikes!) tasty beverages, the Sunkist one might be for you
