We recently moved to the area and before the move, our 7 year old dog had gone to the same groomer since he was a puppy. Needless to say, I was feeling a little anxious about him going to someone new. Well, it has been three years now since we started taking our dog to Jessica and I couldn’t be more pleased with a groomer for him! Now we have moved to Oakland but I still take our Raz across the bridge to Jessica when he needs grooming. We were lucky to find her!

Jessica is the best! Our Cavalier King Charles– Mia has been groomed by Jessica for over 5 years and she really knows her talent. We always leave looking fabulous and she is very kind and gentle.

I’ve been taking my dogs to Jessica for over 2 years now. I cannot applaud her great attitude and can do’ism enough. Instead of getting fired like we had from other groomers for my dog’s bad behavior, Jessica was patient.
My dog, who almost had a heart attack each time she was groomed, can now go thru bathing and trimming and nails without sedation. The clippers still throw her into high anxiety mode, but this is true progress. Anyone who says dogs can’t learn is just crazy.
I know that Jessica has a long and prosperous grooming career ahead of her, and I’m thrilled to be one of her regulars.

horrible experience. my poor puppy went in to get his nails trimmed and left shaken and bleeding. firstly he was tied around his neck to the line which he hates and i prefer to hold him. then she cut them with clippers instead of filing them down. she cut too deep and were bleeding. they all jagged now and scratch me even more. she was very unfriendly and loving. she gave no treats-lucky i brought me own to help calm him down. afterwards she said good bye, no petting or consoling. he left shaken up and came home and became needy. i have never experienced such treatment when getting his nails done at other places. very upsetting.

I highly recommend Jessica for your dogs grooming needs.
We have a maltese that gets matted quite easily and just loves to get himself into the dirtiest messes at home. He’s sweet but tends to get fidgety and unhappy when being poked and prodded and scrubbed and combed.
Luckily, Jessica was able to handle him with no problems and he came out look oh-so adorable and knot-free!
I’ll be coming back every month for snips and a bath for little Dragon. :)
Also a plus that she’s pretty good with availabilities so you can usually schedule an appointment pretty close to the date you call.
