A few weekends ago I experienced the greatest customer service I’ve ever received in my life.
I was on my way to San Mateo to work for the weekend. I placed an order for some cards to pick up on Friday so that I could pass them out while working on Saturday and Sunday. My flight got delayed and I was unable to make it to the store before they closed.
I left a voicemail that night explaining my situation, not thinking I would actually get my cards in time since they are closed on the weekend. Saturday morning I get a call from Pedro. My circumstances prevented me from meeting him at the store, and the only way I could get the cards would be for Pedro to deliver them to me.
Which he did at 9:30 on a Saturday.
Pedro went above and beyond to take care of me. I got my business cards which made a huge difference, and he got 5 Stars on Unilocal,only because it doesn’t go up to 10.

Pedro and his team saved the day, as I had a very distressed bride who needed a last minute personalized print job for her bridesmaids. I looked up local printers to get 10 tank tops printed with a PDF image we were going to just print and iron on. Pedro’s team was able to get done in a day and EXCEED our expectations! The quality was worth the charge! He was even able to print on fabric that wasn’t 100% cotton and it still came out fantastic. The price for such a last minute expedited project was too good to be true. He was awesome to work with and very patient as we enhanced the image and color made to fit for tank tops.
I have also recommended him to my company who is looking to get done large quantity personalized printing for our company zip up hoodies!

I have been a loyal client of Phoenix Print for many years. The quality of their work is superb. Pedro take his time to ensure that he understand EXACTLY what you want. He has done many, many things for us. He has done price menus, business cards, web design, custom t-​shirts and aprons for my business. I don’t plan on ever changing companies. My work is always done in a timely manner and I love the quality.

A little pricy for some budgets, was client of them for long time but No more. Was getting best prices and now not. Pedro is a good guy and honest, that is why I was going there all the time.

Did some searching for a place nearby that could do super same-​day, last-​minute t-​shirt production, and these were literally the ONLY guys in the bay area who came through. Pedro was super friendly and didn’t hesitate. I brought him 20 American Apparel t-​shirts, sent over some EPS files, and the next morning I picked up perfectly-​printed shirts.
They used a direct-​print digital process and the ink looks great — crisp, good colors. Pedro even went above and beyond and resized the graphics for the various shirts (a bit smaller for the ladies’ S-​M Ts, a bit larger for the mens’ XL Ts.)

I LOVE my new business cards. Many thanks to Pedro who helped me made such cool business cards. Highly recommended if you need to get your business cards done within one day. HIs work was really neat. Overall, I’m impressed.

I came in at 7:45am hoping to get a custom tshirt made by 8:15am, but the production team only arrives at 9am. I filled out my order with Pedro, and after discussing with him my situation he decided to make the tshirt for me on his own. It turned out the font for my tshirt was very small and required a lot of extra work, but Pedro pushed hard to get it done on time for me. Pedro was awesome, I look forward to working with him again!

Being the procrastinator I am, I needed some business cards in less than 24 hours for my wife’s work mixer which I’m getting dragged to. I went to Staples but they said they are backed up. I went to Kinkos 24 hours + wait. I went to trusty old Unilocal and found Phoenix Digital Printing. I gave Pedro a call at 7:30am (saw they were open from 7am, that’s a HUGE plus since other stores don’t open till at least 9am). He said they could do the job in 4 hours. I dropped off my files at 10am and I was expecting to hear back from them around 2 or 3pm. Pedro calls me 45mins later and says they are ready to be picked up !!! WHAT !!! Of course this depends on their workload, but I was amazed by the lighting fast turnaround. When I went to pick the cards up, I was blown away by the quality of print. These blow anything Kinkos or Staples could have done for me. If I have any other print jobs PEDRO IS THE GUY TO CALL !!!

Amazing. I found this place by googling «same day shirt printing» because I’m taking my daughter to the Taylor Swift concert tomorrow and I did not get organized fast enough to find her a shirt. I ended up doing a very quick design and ordering shirts for her and six friends around 10am and they were done by 2:00! And… they look amazing! I will remember to come back here!

We were in a horrible situation. We ordered 9 shirts from
and it was a mess! They were supposed to be delivered on May 4 and we got an email May 18^th that the shirts were not going to be delivered on time. However, they charged me and sent one of the 9 shirts so they didn’t want to refund me for that 1 shirt. I am still trying to get my money back for the other shirts, which were never received.
I frantically called around EVERYWHERE to find a company that would print my design on a shirt at low cost and in a super hurry since the bachelor party is this weekend. No one was as accommodating as Pedro at Phoenix Digital Printing. He was very responsive, very reasonably priced and super-​fast! He was definitely a life saver! He will be used for all our bachelor/​bachelorette shirt printing needs in the future! He even got the job done one day earlier than expected! Love this company!

I needed business cards printed urgently, and found Phoenix here on Unilocal.I called at 7:45am this morning, Pedro answered, explained the options, quoted a fair price, and confirmed he could make edits I needed to the files, and committed to delivery by 2pm. I emailed the files, minutes later he confirmed including a proof for review. And at 12:15pm I got an email it was ready. Fast, responsive, professional, fair, and great results. I was in charge of designing and ordering 10 shirts for a friends bachelorette party. I scoured online sites that offered custom screen printing but most companies had a minimum shirt quantity of 25+ (I only wanted 10!) or were like $ 40/​shirt. I decided to look locally and found Phoenix Digital Printing and all the great Unilocal reviews they had.
Pedro was super responsive via email. He gave me detailed quote and was really great to work with. I inquired about a quote months before I actually needed the shirts and when I finally decided to order, the new quote was higher than the original quote. Turns out, he had accidentally quoted me for lesser quality shirts the first time, but honored his original quote which was very nice and appreciated.
I was a graphic designer in my previous life so I had already mocked-​up the design I was looking for, but his team replicated it perfectly! I was also unsure about a certain color that I wanted on the shirts, because of varying monitors, I was nervous it would turn out differently. He let me come into his shop and pick the exact color that I wanted from a huge directory of Pantone colors. His website estimates a 10-​day turnaround, but my 10 shirts were ready the day after I had chosen the final color! So fast and turned out fantastic!
This is the first bachelorette party of my group so I will definitely use Phoenix Digital Printing again for all future screen printing needs. Support local small businesses, you won’t regret it!

I was looking for high quality card stock (thick) business cards. Office Depot and several other retailers can offer thick card stock but take 8 to 10 days. A buddy suggested Pheonix Digital for all of his business collateral. I talked to Pedro about my particular business card needs and said he complete my custom order in way less time that the chains store quote. And the results were exactly what I was looking for.

Just found the store today: I would like to strongly recommend this print shop to you for two reasons:
1– Pedro was very nice and helpful and did my prints right away although he was done for the day and closing
2– His prices were extremely reasonable. As an example he charges 55 cent per color paper+ 10% discount while Fedex and Kinkos charge 99 cents for each paper and if you want to print from your email/​Internet they would charge you for the Internet usage!!! Today as my first time I went to this local shop (found it by Unilocal) and as soon as Pedro realized I was a student he just did the prints for me for free. It was very kind of him to help me.

I had business cards and letterhead done here recently. Great service that was extremely fast. Half the time and cost that Fedex print and copy shop quoted me. Will definitely be back.

I needed to reproduce some printing crucial to my business ASAP. Submitted my example. In two hours they were printed 2 sides, and cut. Clean job and very reasonably charged. Great job and thank for coming through for me.

Couldn’t possibly recommend more. I am a local athleticwear designer in the Bay Area and i get my prototypes printed here (on which i spend my life’s savings). Technically difficult, bulletproof-​type print jobs on hand-​made clothing of recycled stretch fabrics from Italy. (Believe me when I tell you that one else would even touch ¼ of the problems with that statement!)
They will positively smash your job out of the park. Seriously, you can just worry about something else.
Tales of Pedro & Co’s honesty and integrity i’m sure run far and wide, but in truth this is the only man with whom i work that i would consider as meticulous as myself.

We’ve been going here for the last 2 years to print out 20 or so shirts for a camping event. We bring in our design, choose our colors/​sizes and come out with shirts that are about $ 12 each and charge $ 15 to get all our money back (and cover any shirts we don’t sell). They’ve been perfect every time and the shirts are GREAT quality. I still have the shirt we made two years ago and it looks fine. Couldn’t be happier.
