After spending a good chunk of dough on Save The Date wedding invites from a well-​known online retailer, I decided I’d save some money and design the wedding invites and programs myself. Glad I found this local company. I’m really pleased with the outcome. They were honest, professional and most importantly, very fast! Thanks PCX. Would definitely come back for any printing needs.

This place is definitely the best printer in the area. I’ve had a few jobs printed here, some smaller than others, and was always accommodated – even with simply things like resumes. John and the staff are very knowledgable and friendly. This is a small family-​run shop so you know the staff members are very committed to their work, unlike the guys over at Kinkos. John gets an A+++ for awesome customer service!
I came here to print a reader for one of my college classes which was composed of a compilation of PDF files. I only had my laptop (no USB — boo me for being unprepared). Since there is no public wifi, John was nice enough to let me use a computer to download my files.
John did a great job with all 24 of my PDFs. He changed the directionality of each page so that it would be easier to read within my binder. With my permission (since it costs a bit more) he had each page 3 whole punched (I didn’t even know you can do that!) and also put a colored piece of paper in between each PDF file. I was beyond myself!
John was extremely thoughtful and helpful when it came to my print job. I am very satisfied with my reader and at a total cost of $ 12.95 for over 100 pages and the customer service I received, I definitely plan to come back for my big print jobs. (USB in hand ;-)

I’ve gotten things copied here about 3 or 4 times and have been satisfied by the level of service. They recommend you bring the USB drive in with the file but they can also copy from a printout; it’s not as sharp but it works for me. While the first sheets are 10 cents each, the price does go down per sheet when you print a bunch of them (sorry i don’t remember the quantity breaks). I’ve been able to stand and wait while they make the copies for me and they always show me a test sample, which is very helpful. This is a nice alternative to FedEx/​Kinkos and I also like supporting local business. The quality of the copiers here is professional and much better than what you would find at the UPS store, for those wondering.

I was looking for a printer to print out my wedding invitations. John was so helpful and understanding. He knew exactly what needed to be done, and he was able to print/​cut my wedding invitation with a one day turn around. Thank you John! You guys are awesome.

I’ve brought several jobs (printing and file-​altering) to these guys and have had perfect results each time. Every time I send them an order, I always get a phone call double checking each and every detail — just to make sure everything is perfectly understood. I appreciate this very much… and their attention to detail results in me receiving my (somewhat complicated) job exactly the way I asked for it. Also they are always on-​time — early in fact. And finally, the guys at Print Copy Xpress (father and son team, John and Arthur) are very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them.

I agree with others that I would give more stars if I could! I’ve used Print Copy Xpress for many years for all types of jobs both large and small. They always deliver quality work on time and with excellent customer service! You can trust these guys and if you’re not happy, they will make it right. You can’t go wrong.

I have been to this copy shop twice… both times to print black and white documents (which are 10 cents per page).

–Introduce frequent customer card to reward loyal customers
–Let customers know in advance how they should prepare before going to the copy shop (e.g. see tip 2 below).
TIPS
1. Call in advance to double check their prices
2. When printing documents, put all the documents you want to print in one folder on your flash drive (this will speed up the process if you have it ready to go)
3. When printing documents, request double sided printing in advance

I needed to have 800 letters printed in color, so got a quote from this place, in addition to several other local business and FedEx. This place was very reasonable in price; the sample was good quality. They were also helpful in making sure that the quality of the file was good enough for printing. I’d definitely recommend them for any printing needs.

For my needs, this place is superor to Fed-​Ex/​Kinkos in every way.
I occasionally need to print a page or two of artwork, and am amazed at how often Fex-​Ed printers screw up the color, or have other issues.
No problems here. In and out in 2 minutes with a good quality print, for half the price!

Excellent, quick, affordable, very good quality printing service in San Mateo. On Friday I was looking for a quick turnaround printing service to print 200 postcards, and I found PCX very close to my office, and I called them for a quote. They gave me reasonable quote and they can do it on the same day. I submitted the file at noon, and picked them up in 3 hours. The postcards turned out very nice. Excellent job! I would use them again for last minute printing job.

If I could rate with more stars, I would! I totally recommend Print Copy Xpress for all your printing needs.
I recently got married and PCX did literally ALL of our printing. From our programs, place card holders, invitations, thank you cards, signs, even our wedding favors, the list goes on. They did an absolutely amazing job on everything! I had the pleasure of meeting the family that owns PCX and they are just wonderful, honest people with a passion for what they do.
We wouldn’t trust anyone other than PCX with any of our printing needs.

Thursday I was looking for a business card printer near my business. I checked Unilocal and found Print Copy Xpress down the street from my business. I read there reviews and was intrigued by Jennifer H’s review. She sounded like a male reviewer that gave me a misinformed and slanderous review. I responded to his review, as did John from PCX to hers. His explanation was honest and revealed how her misinformation was twisted to make them look bad. I look forward to doing business with the hard working small business owners. When reading reviews go to the bottom of the reviews and take a look at the «filtered reviews». Lash

SCAMMERS! DO NOT GO HERE. I used their services to print two pages of my portfolio along with 5 copies of my resume. When I came to pick it up, the lady told me that my total is $ 20.00. I was shocked to hear the price, but went on paying anyway. I asked her for my receipt since things didn’t sound right. Sure enough, the receipt only said $ 12.10 with a «graphics fee» of $ 5.00. They also charged me a 8 dollars to cut a full bleed document, unheard of! So, instead of charging my card $ 17.10 for the actual price, she charged my card $ 20.50, right in front of me. When I confronted her, she was completely caught off guard.
Just a note to you Print Copy Xpress people, lying is not a way do to business. I was a returning customer but unfortunately, you failed me over a few bucks. To overcharge a person with $ 20.00 for a few sheets of paper is not only embarrassing but also ABSURD. Don’t worry, all my friends and family will hear about it and I will make sure to NEVER give you business, after all, WORD OF MOUTH goes far, so good luck cheating your customers.
