A good mechanic is hard to fine but I am blessed to have Rami right down the street! This is the second time I have taken my car to V.I.P and Rami makes you feel like a very important person. He doesn’t just tell you what is wrong with your car he shows you. He showed me my old brake pad and what a new one should look like. I had nails in my back tires and he saved them to show me when I arrived to pick up my car! Most importantly he is fair on prices, he doesn’t try to break the bank w/​you. I would totally recommend taking your car to VIP for friendly, efficient, and excellent service! Thanks Rami.

You just don’t find this kind of customer-​oriented service available today. I called with an urgent need for an oil change and Rami said he was booked. After explaining the necessity to have the oil changed ASAP he graciously let me bring the car in for service. When I arrived I saw for myself that his lot was full of cars and that he was doing me a huge favor. Not only did he change the oil but corrected a few electrical problems with the vehicle and did not even charge me. The entire job was done in less than an hour while I waited.
There is no question about it that Rami know what he is doing AND provides 5-​star service with a smile. We will definitely be returning to VIP Auto Technology for our car’s future maintenance needs.

So easy to talk speak with, Rami is non confrontational professional and sincerely wants to help you out.
After a fill-​up I went over to introduce myself. I just moved to the area and like meeting the local gear heads, b/​c its what i love. Not everyone is cool especially when you arrive with a question the first time you meet.
Rami not only answered my question but went to great lengths explaining the best way to tackle the situation to avoid hurdles.
VIP is a new business to the area but Rami makes it feel like he’s the old guy on the block thats been taking care of everyone forever. Go down and pay him a visit, support a local guy that cares enough to run and maintain what seems to be a quality operation.

I have a lot of trust issues. Especially when it comes to mechanics. They know so much about cars, and I know so little — so I’m constantly worried that I’m going to be ripped off. Rami totally assuages that fear. He will really go above and beyond to make your car run as smoothly as possible, and if you have budgetary concerns he will keep that in mind!
He also keeps good hours, works on Saturdays and stayed late so that I could pick up my car after work.

Rami is such a wonderful mechanic. He worked on our car several months ago, and it’s been running like a dream ever since. We had been having trouble starting our car and the mechanic that we had for years couldn’t figure it out. Rami hooked our car up to his diagnostic machine and had it figured out in one day! We can’t say enough about what a good job he does and how honest he is. You can tell he loves his work and prides himself on a job well done. From now on he’s our go to mechanic.

Just wanted to add one more happy-​end case with Rami. I’ve been out of country for a month and when I came back my cars power was down and I was not able to start my car. I didn’t know what to do. But I have Rami’s number! He came over to my place in 15 mins, he started my car, and he didn’t want to take money! But no ways to say No to me ;))). So, thanks again, for being always on call and willing to help, Rami!

My dodge challenger had just gotten performance tuning done at another shop and I noticed that the horn wasn’t sounding as it normally did. I arrived at Rami’s shop late at night just as he was closing and fortunately he was kind enough to take a quick look. In less than a minute he was able to diagnose the problem and within 5 he had corrected it on the spot.
We always bring our cars to Rami for any issues we have and he always does a superb job at an honest price. We trust his work because he is knowledgeable and passionate about his craft.

Our Nissan Murano needed some service work. We live in the neighborhood and usually got service there before from the previous owner. This father and son were new to my wife I and we knew the previous owners were good to us, so we thought we would give them a try. We discussed it a couple weeks with them prior before taking our car in for service. An oil change and new brakes in one afternoon so could he squeeze us in? On the right day we left the car with them and when they finished we picked it up. We thought it was a reasonable price and we were glad to pay for the the work they did .We recommend the father and son highly. Thank you for your time, so give them a try.

Out of my mind im happy that I’ve finally found a really reliable specialist. I’ve had an issue plaguing my car for long time. I’ve come to VIP for a number of repairs now and have been very pleased at how everything went!
I had a number of odd repairs needed that no other mechanic seemed to be able to fix, however Rami was able to solve them all at very fair prices!
What’s more, if you have a doubt, he’ll go out of his way to explain what he’s seeing and what he plans on doing. Really personable guy!

Tune was the best he will help you get your car tune up as you would like to have. This place is also price comparing. Got referred to this place since other places was expensive for tune up. Mind you i have a BMW M3 (E92). Not stock so its really hard to work with it. This guys seriously knew what he was doing. Price range wast bad at all.
