I walk in and they ask what do I want? To eat what the hell do you think? Employees tell me sorry where not open yet. It’s 10:35am you open at 10:30!!! Employees sorry but we are running late so wait outside till we are ready. Ok let me tell my job that I’m late back from lunch because Chipotle opens whenever the hell they want.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would I ordered 4 burrito bowls and the server was being soooo rude she threw our Sauces. Threw lettuce on the floor. She served guac that I didn’t order and when I told her that wasn’t mine she threw it on the counter. Horrible service. Told the manager but she didn’t seem to care. Also very dirty

Went in and asked for a veggie bowl… the girl didn’t tell me they were out of lettuce until the end… Last time giving this place a chance man… didn’t even offer extra rice or beans or anything. Just expected me to pay for rice and guacamole… Get out… there are better chipotles… this one is substandard.

Worst chipotle ever! I’ll be eating at pollo loco from now on and it’s not even that great. Well from what I now know it’s better than the so call fresh food from Chipotle Mexican grill. I ordered two burritos, chips and guacamole to my order and paid $ 23 for my items in which was not worth at all! Good thing I didn’t take it to go because the guacamole was bad as in not fresh, it was mixed with bad oxidized pieces of avocado. Which is such a disgusting view and made me lose my appetite. I went to complain and the employees/workers kept saying«it’s fresh» over and over instead of saying I’m sorry we will give u a new one right away. But the cashier keep going back and forth with me. I’m the customer and if «they» are not happy/pleased you as the employer basically try to figure out the best solution and not start arguing with the customer. I did actually get a new one but it was such a struggle to get my point straight with a new«fresh» guacamole. The manager kept backing up the cashier as well. As for the company please recheck your employees with what your true values are because they don’t care about the customers at all. It’s such a disappointment seeing such a downfall for the chipotles now a days. Will be spending my money elsewhere from now on!

This has been the worst Chipotle experience of my life. Today was my first time at this location with a friend of mine that lives in the area. I ordered a regular bowl & she ordered a veggie bowl. The girl was so stingy with the portions & didn’t fail to give us attitude the whole time. By the time we got to the option of sour cream, corn, & cheese, there was barely any left. She said the corn is being brought out & closed my bowl when I specifically asked for corn. So when I asked for it on the side, she gave me attitude & basically threw the cup at me. My friend asked for more rice & beans in her bowl & the girl did the same thing & threw it to another coworker to put some more in. Also, my friend was supposed to get FREE guac with her bowl, & they didn’t even care to mention that we had to wait 15 minutes for it. We just decided to not wait & leave cause we couldn’t stand another minute being in this shitty place. I’d rather drive all the way to Del Amo mall for better customer service & better portions of the food I’m paying $ 7 for.

My boyfriend and I have come to this location numerous times, each and every time the employees have bad attitudes, roll those eyes, or are always all taking their break at the same time at the table closest to the soda machine. EVERYTIME we go, we are either waiting for more meat or rice. Don’t even bother asking for extra of anything you’ll either get the eye rolling or not even half a scoop of what you wanted. Also, if you plan on eating your meal at home make sure you heat it up in the micro. We don’t even live 5 mins away and each and every time my food is so cold when I get home. It’s always dirty, lines are long, and trash is always full. We will be taking our business else where.

First of all could you PLEASE turn the radio down! Maybe then you could hear what your customers are trying to order. Second could you pay attention the person ordering the food. Me: hi could I have a steak burrito? Her: you want a chicken bowl? What!!! Then I’m kind of short I couldn’t see over the glass so I asked is the meat pink?(steak) she turns around to the cook like what is she saying? Are you kidding me that was a YESORNO question Third when you are in the lunch hour you should never run out of food! How is if 1230 and the chicken is just being put on the grill and the steak is gonna take 20 mins after that’s done. Never mind I wont be back

Gave this place another chance and the food was cold and the girl did not know how to wrap the burrito. I don’t blame her since it was giant. But the rice was hard… and I had to reheat it in my microwave. I basically wasted my money. Very unhappy with my purchase, won’t return back.

This location is Horrible! One of the girls was talking negative about a customer right in front of my face while I was ordering(are you kidding me?!) They were out of everything? Okay then make more? I have been in the service industry for almost 10 years and this staff is so unprofessional!!! I used to come to this location a lot and the service was always quick, not so much friendly. I stopped about 4 months ago after getting food positioning. Yesterday I decided to give chipotle another chance as the food poisoning probably was an isolated incident. Well an hour before close 4 people are in front of me and one person helping them while the others cleaned. I’m no stranger to customer service and know customers should come before tasks, after about 10 minutes and the people in front of me and still being helped by one person the person behind me gets upset over the wait and storms off after making a little scene. Finally it’s my turn, i guess the portions are more accurate now because I got the smallest burrito of my life. My experience was okay. I come back again tonight an hour before close and there’s no line(lucky me!) and ask for a burrito and they tell me they are making the veggies. I said I’ll wait because I don’t eat meat. He then told me they were out of guac and I said I would wait however long. Then he said they were out of avocados. I’m not sure if he said that because they didn’t feel like making more or if they were actually put but I wasn’t about to pay for a $ 7 bean and rice burrito since they had no veggies so i said thank you but you guys are out of what I want. All the employee said was sorry and shrugged. So I left hungry and disappointed. I felt as if they could’ve offered me some sort of alternative but no. I really do enjoy chipotle but this location just isn’t good. Maybe it’s better during the day but at night I just couldn’t win here.

I’m a regular Chipotle customer… This particular Chipotle really needs to step it up. I don’t know what’s happened since this store has opened, they use to be quick, courteous and helpful. They used to serve normal sized portions like other Chipotle locations, but for the last 4 months, getting a normal serving size is like pulling teeth at this place. You get ½ the amount served to you in comparison to other locations… And when you’re ordering a veggie bowl and they give you seriously ¼ cup of rice and even smaller amount of beans… That’s like your entire meal. The last few months, each time, I have had a bad experience. On 2 different occasions, but back to back visits, the rice was lumpy and over cooked. On another day, the beans were not cook all the way and were not soft. But on each visit… I’m constantly asking them if they can please give me more rice, or more beans… Tonight’s visit really upset me, and this wasn’t the first time my daughter had this experience there. I asked her to get me chipotle,(and she knows to always ask for more, because they don’t give you a normal serving of anything) she had asked the girl 3 times to please give me more brown rice and black beans… and the lady would not! My daughter was totally ignored. And once again being a veggie bowl, I have it topped with lettuce… There were no more than 10 small pieces of shredded lettuce. Then to top off my meal tonight, the brown rice was slightly undercooked and hard. They really need a new general manager at this place to straighten things out. As a business owner, I can’t imagine having this many complaints as you do on Unilocal and nothing being done about it. It’s obvious by your lack of attentiveness to replying to upset customers and constant complaints of the same things over and over that this place really just doesn’t care about their customers.

I love chipotle, but I will try my hardest never to come back to this one. If chipotle has minimum standards, then this is a prime example of what those minimum standards look like. I just left for the last time. I just walked in to be greeted by a heaping bag of trash just sitting in the dining room by a table. It was disgusting and I had to leave. I just posted a picture of it. That was the last straw. But in general, this chipotle is just sloppy. It’s almost guaranteed they will be out of something when you come, and if it happens to be past 9 pm, don’t expect them to make more of what they are out of. Which is funny because it only seems like 2 people are actually doing any work at any given time. Usually they are screwing off in the back, and ringing people up is a apparently a real hard task. This is, without a doubt, the worst chipotle I have ever been to.
