Advanced Electrolysis

The service and caring treatment offered by Liz is excellent. She is very knowledgeable and combined with her highly skilled use the electrolysis equipment is unparallele among service providers in the electrolysis field. She is professional in every aspect and always personable during the treatment sessions. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

I had my first treatment today and have nothing but good things to say! I’ve tried laser hair removal before on the bikini area and had zero results, even after several treatments. Electrolysis is the way to go! Immediate results. I’ll have to give an update after a few more treatments. But all of the hair turned white and within an hour of leaving, has fallen out. It is a tad on the ouchie side, but not bad. Would recommend Liz to any and everyone! She is very professional and knowledgable. I’m always asking people about what they are doing and LOVE it when they can explain how what they are doing works! (Not like I could explain it to someone else, but I understood what she was saying at the time ;P)

My quest to remove excess hair started over ten years ago and after trying multiple different laser hair removal places for about 4 years (before and after advanced lasers for people with dark skin&dark hair were around) I started waxing, threading and sugaring for a few years… then finally started electrolysis. After 8 months of weekly appointments without seeing results at all with other electrologists I found Liz, thanks to Unilocal!so glad i did not give up on electrolysis because after only 3 weekly appointments with Liz, it has been the first time I’ve ever seen a reduction in hair growth with ANY method!
In my experience, not all electrologists know what is the best method or know how to do what is best for you considering your personal pain tolerance, your hair and your skin. Liz has been able to take ALL of that into account for me due to her obvious advanced skill level and gentle touch. She is experienced, knowledgeable, gives you realistic predictions and makes the experience as comfortable as possible.
Of course, electrolysis will take time and may be slightly more painful for some than others but anyone who has struggled with unwanted hair I’m sure has wasted plenty money, time and energy on trying to get rid of it. if you don’t want continue to waste your time and money experimenting around like I did for years with slightly cheaper but less effective methods, I’d recommend Liz for electrolysis to anybody.
Also, I drive about an hour just to have appointments with her and I plan on continuing to do that for a while. So happy with my services at Advanced Electrolysis!

I can’t give 5 stars because I have nothing to compare her to. I’ve never done electrolysis treatments before.
That said, I would highly recommend Liz for hair removal treatments. I bought a Groupon and she was very professional about it. Some places give you hassle with Groupons/​Living Social deals. She made me feel at ease and we went right into our treatment with no fuss. I knew what I wanted taken care of and she never tried to add onto that. Although now that my initial two treatments are over, I would love to continue with the treatments in other areas!
Other big pluses: she was very nice to me on my second visit even though I was an idiot and was 15 minutes late. I wasn’t actually late but I didn’t realize that she was in her suite and didn’t bother knocking on the door. I’m glad I did because otherwise I would have missed out on my second treatment!
Her online appointment calendar is really easy and convenient to use. I often have trouble getting in touch and making appointments over the phone. No stress. Book online.
Note that electrolysis is not pain free, but the pain is very manageable and Liz does make sure to calm the skin down after treatments. I have yet to have noticeable side effects (ie red, swollen skin and pain).
I will definitely be making repeat visits.

Liz has polished her practice of electrolysis. I have been seeing her for over two years now and have gotten my treatment down to 1x month. Initially when I started seeing her I went once a week for about 2 months than as time and treatments passed less treatments were needed. I am very extremely pleased with my results and her work. She is very friendly, kind, and will make you feel very comfortable.

I was in «electrolysis heaven» when I met Liz. I have had electrolysis for 20 years and have minimal «upkeep.» I found another provider when I moved to Pleasanton and it was not a pleasant experience. I was so grateful when I found Liz. She is awesome at what she does; she is gentle and knows how to make the experience as comfortable as possible. I cannot recommend her highly enough. If you are contemplating electrolysis, don’t think twice and give Liz a call.

I recently moved from Texas. I had an electrologist that did a fantastic job there. I came here trying to find someone who was capable of producing the same results. I went to a few in the area: however, I kept comparing my experience to Texas. I was really disappointed with the initial people I tried. Then, I found Elizabeth and after six months of treatment, I could not be happier with my results.

I have been going to Liz for electrolysis for a few years for different areas. She is very sweet, has a lot of experience, is gentle and puts up with my whining.
I am also going to use her for permanent make-​up. She takes pride in her work and wants you to look good. So I know she will do a great job.
