Jack In the Box Restaurants

My boyfriend and I ordered the Jack’s Spicy Chicken, and the chicken patty was… disgusting. It literally tasted like burnt bread crumbs. There was no meat in that sandwich, whatsoever. I could only take a few bites before tossing it into the trash. The only decent thing about my dinner tonight were the fries.

Food was good. Came here once we arrived to our hotel. Food was fresh. Meat just needed to be cooked freshly overall it’ll still be my to go spot when I come down here.
Just creepy from the homeless people wondering around but great service and very polite once gotten our order. Only down fall they forgot to give us our complete meal we ordered 2 large fries and only got 1.

Okay so I am a regular here and at this point will be going to another location. I have had my food order messed up several times during the day and night, I understand that its a fast environment, but that’s what it is Fast Food not wait a second food. If you order fries make sure to ask for fresh ones cause they give you the ones that have been sitting there for a while. Some of the cashier girls/​older women need more training some in accuracy and some with customer service and they also need to check their attitude. This goes for the younger girls, if you don’t like working at a fast paste then you can look for another gig. I used to work for a fast food chain and it is a burden but you gotta know that it is what you picked for a job. Again when ordering ask for fresh items or you will be disappointed, and double check your food as well.

Given that this JITB is located at the busiest border crossing in the world, you need to have some mercy and patience for it.
Having said that, this place is messy, not well maintained, and given the amount of foot traffic it sees on a daily basis, understaffed .
You can tell the staff isn’t friendly or courteous. They just seem to go through the motions; they don’t care.
Also, they have a 10 minute no-​loitering rule if you order food. I think I eat fast, but 10 minutes is crazy. Fortunately, there doesn’t seem to be someone policing patrons.
Food was good, though.

The bad service here is only matched by the bad food this place churns out. Horrible staff. One guy there was such an ass that I asked for my money back and cancelled my order.

Most of their Burgers are Nasty, they leave an awfull aftertaste
What I like is the chicken chipotle ciabatta
oh they have a touchscreen ordering station, you get a free dessert when you get a combo using it!!!
