Ice cream machine don’t work — no ice cream /try to talk to manager and employee agree to go forward with the negative review !!! Need to improve Custumer service.

I work midnights. My choices for food at 3am are slim to none so I chose to get some McDonald’s. It was a trifecta of awesomeness… sarcasm right there. First they were only taking cash, which nowadays is pretty silly. Second, they didn’t have shakes. Then there was the food — French fries were old as hell, probably from 3 hours earlier. The hamburger was about the same. The soda was flat. Needless to say I was disappointed being that was all I had to choose from.

It saddens me that they can’t even get a simple order correct. I ordered 2 «Plain» Double Cheeseburgers(Meat & Cheese only) and 2 small fries. The clerk repeated the order and it was correct on the screen. Even the cheeseburger wrappers/order were tagged as being plain. This was done through the drive thru. When I arrived at my destination the order was incorrect. I never even received a receipt from the clerk. The restaurant and drive thru was NOT even busy. Who trains these people? That particular establishment will never receive my money again. That was a waste of $ 5.40.

Ok I need to find a new mcdonalds to go to. The reasons this one sucks in particular? 1. They never have ice cream during peak hrs 2. They’re always out of apple pies 3. They never have cookies 4. Prices are different from the menu than what they charge 5. They charge me $ 1 for a cup of water even after I order a meal 6. I don’t speak Spanish but I understand it and yet they never talk to me in English 7. One time I kept talking in English and she asked if I spoke Spanish I told her a little and her response was that I was lying. 8. The only good employee there is this older mexican women that’s been there for years such a sweetheart 9. Rude that at night when ur trying to order something the employees have their phone out.

I went to the mc Donald’s just to get a regular coffee. Nothing special. I’m waiting for about 15 minutes and when I am asked for my order I get interrupted and the lady asks my if I am paying with debit or cash. I told the lady I was paying with debit. She said they machines are down and they only take cash. Ok, I asked should I wait 10 minutes? because that’s how long she said it would take in till the machines work again. She totally ignored me. So rude! Not coming here again I’d rather go to starbucks drive through anyway.

this place has the worst costumer service ever. i went yesterday made a $ 36 buy and i was charged an additional .16 cents for a small ranch side. the lady in the drive thru had the worst look on her face, come on people if you dont want to work please stay home!!! as a costumer and a business owner myself i have deducted that if anyone goes to eat out anywhere, they dont want to see long faces! i usually go there, and i will not complain about the food but costumer service is important, and for me they have lost me and my friends as costumers.(mc donalds manager: keep in mind word spreads and an aweful costumer service will crash any business no matter how good it may be.)

I must confess as we all know fast food eateries and businesses near the international border have a certain… Negative Social Stigma –However this McDonalds contradicts all those pre-notions. The dinning area is spacious and always clean. My order is usually fresh and correct. I believe it was remodeled several years back with a modern décor. They used warm tan colors and it feels like your eating at a friend’s house and not just another fast food place. One thing I need to mentioned which is a big deal to me CUSTOMERSERVICES I feel they would benefit if they retrained or added some kind of customer service course to their employees. Oh and I feel I need to repeat myself, and I get a little bit of an attitude when I speak in English.

We climbed over the fence and landed in America and we were hungry and the first place I saw was McDonald’s. Like every McDonald this place was okay. I just wanted a drink since I was dehydrated.

Nice to see the burger peddling clown before heading into the dark abyss that exists outside of the US borders. A quarter pounder with cheese meal never tasted so good. A last taste of home before entering taco land Good clean bathroom facilities but you will need a quarter to get in. through a turnstyle(NYC Subway type) and there is a lot of deals on shoes but Ace can tell you more about that… Over the years I have nothing but good memories here and the trolley is easy transportation sometimes i take it just for the entertainment value alone. One of the most unique McD’s in the USA– highly reccomended

the fries were cold, because they didn’t fry with HIGH-TEM oil !! everything there was cold. maybe a little bit warm i guess. but customer service was very good, and the restaraunt was quite clean in the afternoon.
