Got a flat tire that I didn’t notice until I was headed to work in the morning. I tried just filling it with air at the gas station, but heard the leak. Having had good experiences with the Goodyear by my old office, I thought this one, closest to my house, would be a good fit.
Jimmy followed me there, in case it was going to take long enough that we needed to get the kids to school. We did have to wait about 5 minutes to be attended to in the front, since the one man behind the counter was explaining and discussing with another customer, but once we pulled the car in, the tire was patched and back out in 15 minutes for $ 15.

Terrific customer service and very friendly staff. I had a slow, took my car here and was taken straight away. Mechanic «plugged» a very small hole. Cost $ 15 and I was on my way 20mins later. Fast forward 6 weeks and the same tire was deflating again, so I returned to Kwik Fit ready to complain that the slow had returned. As soon as I outlined what my issue was, without even asking for them to fix the issue, the manager said he wanted to look at the tire and «make it right» for me «at no cost». And they did. Put a plug and patch in place and I was out in 40mins. The hole had been so small that the plug was weeping, so added a patch to reinforce the plug. No issues since.
Great service and will definitely use these guys again for any car issues. Great customer care.

Two men run it, Rob & Chris. We first dealt with them when my wife’s Toyota Avalon DIED across the street in a parking lot. Walked across the street and they said they would drag it across the street. They ‘thought” it could be a bad starter.
called later, a wire had come loose, charge 410.00. What honesty.
I have a lincoln LS 2000 and always took it to the Ford dealer. Know I paid too much but when they quoted $ 2500 to fix front end and I went to Rob and it was about $ 1800 I was hooked
Recently had a smell in the cabin of oil. They replaced valve cover gaskets 9not cheap btw). Later still had some. Checked and also the valve cover had a small crack (its plastic-​can you believe). because they «didn’t fix it completely» the first time they ordered from Detroit a new one, installed it at no charge.
had my alignment done on it 2 months ago. Had a bad day, wasn’t looking and while parking right front tire hit the curb REALLY hard. Now steering wheel is cocked to the right. They fixed it at no charge, said it was still under warranty.
Honest guys. this is the only place we go now, trust anything they say. fair prices.
