Unprofessional service!
I really can’t recommend this company. It took them 4 days to give me an cost estimate. When we agreed upon a date they didn’t show up. When I texted them to tell them that I didn’t need their service anymore I got an excuse of a truck broken down. If your truck breaks down and you have a customer waiting wouldn’t it be normal to call or text your customer???
Why did I found out after I contacted them? Is professional service a rare thing these days? If I don’t show up at work without notice I’ll get fired!
And so that’s what I did!
This company is unreliable and not worth your time, effort or money.

They did an amazing job with fixing up my entire property. It felt like the shows on TV. With a hefty crew, they turned my depressing yard into what I always envisioned. Hundreds of weeds pulled, over grown bushes artistically shaped, rubbish removal, mowed, trimmed, and the works. They even planted a beautiful Japanese cherry blossom which is thriving. Thank you to Casey and Emily. The are awesome. I’m forever in their debt!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! When no one showed up to do my landscaping appointment for 3 hours they finally called to say they could not come because of rain. It had not rained a drop in my area. There were other lawn services working all over my neighborhood at this very same time. When I asked why no one had even been by and they were just now calling me 3 hours later, he was very rude and said «Ughh I can’t do this» and he hung up on me! Did not answer when I tried to call back. Immature and unprofessional. They certainly don’t deserve your money, don’t waste your time. Plus all the flowers I had bought for them to plant are going to die before I can find a new company to come plant them in the ground. Thanks a lot Jolly Green.

Casey was amazing, we needed an emergency lawn service within 24 hours and he came out, trimmed all of our large hedges, bushes, cut the lawn and made our home look picture perfect! I’ll be a return customer for life! Thank you to Jolly Green Services!
