This poor review is for the customer service and the overall initial experience we got.
At first we made an appointment through Cosco. We got the usual sales pitch at the store, and we have been thinking of a RO system for a while as we buy bottled water, so a Costco backed vendor with a discount sounded great. We made an appointment for next week, 1 – 3.
On the appointment date we changed our schedule to be home. At 2:30 or so I got a call from the salesman that he is done with the previous job, and he will be on his way. At 3:30 I got a call that he was delayed a bit and he is still on his way. He got here at 5:30. We were pissed but, in a hurry allowed him to present his services to us. In the end we scheduled a installation date two weeks later for a RO system with exterior installation of the system due to space constraints. That was considered «special» and got charged extra, even though I was going to provide the custom exterior cabinet, but whatever.
Installation day. Took off work to be home for the 1 – 3, and waited. At 3:45, after no one even bothered to call us we just gave up, and called and cancelled everything. If scheduling and customer service is this way, I am pretty sure I do not trust this kind of company.
To make things better, why is Costco endorsing and allowing a company from Santa Ana to sell their services in a Rancho Cucamonga store, whatever happened to support your local businesses?

We had the softer and filter for drinking water about two weeks. I feel good about it. Looked others reviews those were long term customer and all worth it. We live at Orange County area and do recommend Martin. She is nice and go through all details with patience and quote me pretty good price.

I bought my alkaline water from Ecowater about 1 ½ year ago and I really like the taste of the water, my kids and I enjoy drinking more water. Recently I bought the water softener system. OMG, I wish I have bought the system years ago. I can feel the softness of the water, my skin feel wonderful, no more lotion. Most of all, I save on soap, laundry detergent, cleaning products, many, many more… overall, better quality of water meant better life. Their employee were all professional and really like my WTS, Van Cao. she is patiently explains things that I don’t understand. Highly recommended for everyone.

We purchased our system thru Costco. Eddie was extremely knowledgeable and helped us through the set-​up process. Our system is outside in the garage, so we never, ever hear it running. We love how our skin feels using this system. Nice to have odorless, clean water. Great not having to deal with mountains of plastic bottles. Just sorry we didn’t get this system sooner!

Horrible customer service. We pad almost 10k for a complete water system and have been unable to order filters. In addition, the the system is very loud and cycles at night. If you have small children DO NOT BUY this system as it wakes up the kids at night. I called a 2^nd time to have the noise addressed and they are going to charge a fee to service.

Filters must be replaced once a year. $ 100, Not available except from main office. One year warranty not honored. Service call, for anything $ 125. Grossly overpriced. and service staff not helpful. Beware.

Not a trustworthy company. The unit did not perform accordingly. Called multiple times to have them look at it, they either did not schedule me in nor would return my calls. I had to take a day off of work so they could come look at the unit in the morning, supposedly they did not have afternoon appointments.
When they did come out to look at the unit, they said it was working fine, but they could not tell me the reason why the salt level was not going down. After 2 months of no soft water, 4 times of troubleshooting the unit, I finally asked them to remove the system. Note: I only had this brand new unit for a total of 3 months. Now they are charging a restocking fee as well as taking the Costco rebate away. $ 5,000 for 1 month of service? I still have not received a refund check from their company. ~Costco will be getting a review for EcoWater. I am willing to inform future buyers of the staff personnel I dealt with.

I saw them at Costco, had an appt. Sales Rep. came out, super helpful and nice, answered all my question. they set me up with everything i wanted. i love my system! highly recommend them!
