Although I really wanted to check this place out, I never ended up getting a repair done here because of lack of communication. At first, I got a quick response and the technician was asking me questions about my issue. I quickly responded and we communicated back and forth a few times. He either must have lost track or he was ignoring me because I ended up messaging him a few times after to remind him I was waiting for a quote and an estimated time-​frame in which I could get my repair done… I never received word back so I ended up going to another business who got it done in a timely fashion. 3 stars because he was quick to respond and seemed willing to help at first, but if he couldn’t or wasn’t willing to help, it would have been nice to know instead of waiting around for information that never reached me.

I had an emergency, in which I needed my phone fixed. «Obviously» lol. Tony was recommended to me by a friend who’s phone he recently fixed. I am glad he did. If you need your phone fixed this is the go to doctor for phones ! Very professional and knowledgeable!

I’ve had my phone repaired twice by Tony now. I dropped my phone twice and shattered the screen. Once was my fault (a night of tequila and snap chatting. you get the idea). The second time it fell out of my pocket. You would think after the first time I would put a case on but obviously I love to live life on the edge. hah!
What’s amazing about Tony is that he comes to you at any time! The first time he met met at a juice spot after the gym. The second time which was last night he came to my house, I have a flight today so he came at midnight. I really appreciate him being so flexible with my schedule and for being so helpful!!!

I shattered my phone screen and was looking around for good rates. Everywhere else was charging an arm and a leg but Tony’s rates were by far the best I’ve seen. He’s really efficient and brought my phone back to life. He has flexible hours, and throws in a free screen protector to boot!

Tony provides an extremely, exceptionally excellent service to replace my iphone screen that was cracked. Even though my phone screen still responds to touch and swipe (still functional digitizer) his service replaces screen and digitizer in one flat price. Some other places will just simply replace the lcd screen and be done. I highly recommend Tony and wish I can give 10 stars. I found Tony on Unilocal based on excellent reviews which are all spot on consistent.

Bought a tempered glass screen protector from him after my 1^st one from ebay cracked. He placed it on there for me and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Great guy and I’ll be sure to return for any more phone repairs.

Best repair service that I could have asked for! I completely shattered my iPhone 6 screen and contacted Fusion Tech right away for a repair. I worked with Tony and he was so accommodating, but all of their phone techs are great! I was expecting to have to leave my phone there and pick it up at a later time, but he fixed it right then and there. It was such a quick fix, the best customer service that I have ever received! The only place to get your phones fixed!

I’m the type of person that drops my phone all the freaking time and not to mention chucking once in a while but yeah. My phone just likes to crack and break and become a hot mess. I knew Tony, and he said he could do it so I stopped by his place and he fixed it right before I could blink… It was incredibly quicker than I expected and he was super nice about it.

I work from my phone a lot and so I cannot spare any time to have my broken screen fixed or replaced. I broke my screen right after I got it replaced and was extremely desperate to get it fixed asap! Luckily I came across the amazing reviews for Fusion Tech and gave it a try, especially since they are open 24 hours! I came in around 3 am in the middle of the night and met Tony. I was kind of grumpy and tired since it was late but Tony was such a ball of sunshine! We had a really nice chat and before I knew it BAM! My baby was repaired within a couple of minutes! He even threw in a free tempered glass case for my phone too!
Tony’s customer service and quality of work is amazing and I would definitely recommend him to everyone! He is incredibly knowledgable about phone repairs and super up to date with tech stuff. Definitely one of the warmest and friendliest person I’ve ever met despite how busy he is. He saved my life and he can save yours too :)

I barged into his office at 2 in the morning, yes, 2 in the morning, because FusionTech is a godsend 24 hour service, just for a quick fix. He greeted me with a heartfelt smile and an upbeat attitude, which made me feel even guiltier for coming in so late. But he assured me that it was absolutely fine and that he appreciated my business! *Swoooon* I don’t think I can get over how nice this guy is! Not only was his demeanor kind and genuine, but also his professional service was quick and efficient. All I needed was a tempered glass to protect my new iPhone 6s, but I walked out with a full heart and a new friend as well, all within minutes! They say nothing good happens after 2am, but Tony’s service was definitely something good!!!

Received Excellent service from Tony on the repair of my Iphone 6 plus screen. He did a quality job on the phone for a reasonable price. Let me start with a quick synapse of the situation so I can demonstrate how wonderful Tony is and my experience with Fusion Tech!
So my phone screen has been cracked for about a month of so, the screen was also popping off but I was using it until it reached its last thread. I mean literally last thread, the last wire connecting the screen connecting to the phone itself gave out. So of course, the phone works; Siri is talking to me but I can’t see my screen since it is completely black.
We all know not having our phones is a disturbing feeling… However, after calling Tony and making an appointment, I felt reassured that my baby was going to come back to life. Tony made this depressing situation into a surprisingly pleasant experience and I can say I am a happy customer! Tony is professional, trustworthy, and so nice! Prices are great and service is exceptional, if you need any phone services fusion tech is the place to call!

My 13 year old God Daughter dropped her phone at basketball practiced and freaked out. Luckily, we found Tony to take care of this ‘crisis’ for a teenager lol.
He was easy to get a hold of and replied promptly via text message. We met him up at his office and we were out of there within 15 minutes. iPhone 5 was good as new. I brought it home to her and her fingers were glued to it again. Thanks Tony for your help!
