Been coming here for almost 30 years. Great people, old school. This is not a walk in, be done in 30 minutes kind of place. I always take the time to let them see the work, get a quote, explain my expectations, set a drop off time, and a pick up time. Before driving out from Corona, confirm that the job is done. I’ve never had any issues with them. I just prefer old school then new fangled. This company does amazing work, to me more like art.

These people are awesome! I hit a pot hole that messed up my 22 inch rim pretty bad. I went to one place that told me they couldn’t fix it because it would crack. I then took it to mag masters and they had it done in 24 hours and it looks like new! Thanks Liz

I recently discovered this great business a few weeks ago. Mag Masters have been in business in Santa Ana for over 30 years. I recently purchased a Mercedes GLK350 with standard wheels. I was not satisfied with the standard wheels so I went to Mag Masters and spoke with Liz. She explained the many facets of wheel makeovers versus purchasing new wheels. I had my wheels polished and protected by adding a clear coat. The finished product was amazing and gave my vehicle the look I was looking for. The price was just as amazing. Mag Masters just don’t do wheels. You really need to call and speak with Liz so she can give you the information to what Mag Masters can really do. 100% satisfied customer!

I brought my moms wheels in cause she cubed them. Liz fixed them in one day, and they looked brand new again. Love this place! Liz will tell you how it is and NOT try and over sell you on something you DON’T need. Great place!

When it comes to repairs it couldn’t get any worse. I toke some parts in with small dents that they assured they could repair. Low and behold the parts came back worse. It also took longer than quoted to mess these pieces up. Good thing for me it was only a trail. I had much more to take to them if the quality was great not poor! Customer service lacks like no other. Beware of the forked tongue that tells you they can do it, however when it is all over they never said a thing. Nothing but excuses!

I can never find anything to complain about with Mag Masters.
If you need wheels repaired or anything, and I mean anything metal to be pollished they can do it. Always a bright chrome like pollish.
I had a set of 3 piece Work wheels with rash on the inside lip (control arm rubbing) and outside lip and they had anodized lip. Mag Masters did an amazing job. Awesome refinish. I will always go to Mag Master.

took a set of rims here a couple of years back and not only did the repair cost more than the rim but the first thing they tell you is that they don’t guarantee their work. about a week after finally putting the rim back on it wouldn’t hold air. So I decided to sell the rims altogether and call it a loss.
Went back a month or so ago and took them another set of rims and once again first thing they tell you is we don’t guarantee anything. so basically their saying we might or might not have done the repair, cause that’s exactly what happened.1 rim leaked air while the tire was being mounted and «the repair» looked like it was done with silicone. I didn’t even want to go back to this crappy place. I wont ad who I used but not only did they do it at half the cost but the rim is perfect now. how do you guys stay open?

I don’t know what all these people here are talking about these people here at Mag Masters truly live up to their name they are Masters at their craft they fixed 2 set of wheels for me and I thought I had to purchase 2 new sets. My wife was following me one night and we both hit the same pot hole and ruined our wheels on both our cars and the Masters fixed both of the now they both look like new !! Easy to deal with and know their stuff !!!

Very nice folks at MagMasters. They do excellent polishing work here! I’ve taken so many rims here in the past, and they are great at fixing dents and dings on the lip if it is aluminum/​chrome etc. BUT if you have a painted rim, or bend with your barrel or hub, they are not equipped to handle it. I asked them to spin my wheels to check for bends and they said they were straight and true, no bends found. I honestly think they don’t have a wheel balancer machine because you could obviously tell once you spun them they were bent. I asked if they could spin for me, but they said I was not allowed in their shop? Will I go back here for polishing? Sure! Will I go here for bends? Never.

Was quoted 4 days to polish a set of wheels, didn’t get them back for a month! I called and called, was just given excuse after excuse. When I picked them up, I noticed some flaws and scratches. The woman told me that’s the best they can do and good luck finding anyone else to finish them. Worst company ever.

I see this place has had a lot of bad reviews but I have been happy with them. As their name suggests, they specialize in polishing and do a very good job at it. I dropped off 4 barrels (already disassembled) and got flawless barrels back, all with mirror finishes. They also fixed a bend in one of the wheels. I was very impressed with their work and they were easy to deal with. However, this is the extent of my experience with them. As with most things car related, I have yet to find a single business that is the best at doing it all but if you need something polished, these guys are the best.

Brought my 18″ Audi wheel here because there was a 1.5inch hairline crack in it. The nice woman told me it was $ 100 and they would fix it.
The end result: Not only was the wheel done 5 days later than they told me, the job was done very badly. The wheel was not straightened out, the rim was obviously grinded down too far and the proper sealant was not applied, just a little silicone.
Because of this the wheel wobbled and still couldn’t hold air.
I had to bring my wheel to another repair specialist to get it fixed (which they did excellently) so I’m not coming here anymore.

Mag Master are the BEST !
They have been around as long as I can remember. Recommended by other PCA (Porsche Club Association) members, I took my wheels to them in January 2012.
My Porsche 911 wheels had a little curb rash and needed to be restored. Dropped them off early on Friday and Monday picked up perfectly Polished 911 wheels, the lips and paddles shinned like new !
I will be returning this week, to polished another set of Porsche fuchs alloys.
Looking forward to more shinny wheels !!

Won’t ever come here again. Brought the wheels off my Porsche to be straightened as previously I had brought a wheel here and they seemed to take care of it well. Took em 3 or 4 days before they were ready. This time when I returned the wheels to the shop they «Hey!, these are still bent!» So I returned them AGAIN and ANOTHER 3 days later when I picked them up they were STILL not right. They told me that’s the «Best they can do»
I took them over to Wheel Repair Specialists in Santa Ana and they did them perfectly for LESS money. ‘
I’ll never use MagMasters again.

These folks helped polish all the interior stainless steel panels for my 59 cadillac. They went in oxidized, and hazy almost looking like aluminum, and they came out shining like chrome. They did a great job at a good price. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for custom polishing.
