I recently purchased the Cannon CA23 gun safe model and I couldn’t be happier with it. Jeff, who showed me around the Maximum Securities Safes’ showroom, was professional and knowledgeable. He didn’t try to tell me what I wanted to hear but rather what would best fit my needs.
My delivery of the safe was on time and they even called a half hour ahead to let me know they were on their way. I can’t recall the two gentlemen’s names that helped install my safe but they too were professional, quick, and knowledgeable.
This is my one and only safe so I can’t speak on experience but I can tell people Maximum Security Safes will always have my business if I ever decide to purchase another safe in the future!

I cannot recommend this company enough! They walked me through all the safes that would fit my needs. Their installation was quick and professional. Most of all, they arrived when they said they would. Jeff was wonderful to work with and responded both by phone and email quickly. I bought my own safe but needed it moved up two flights of stairs. Called Maximum Security Safes. They were extremely helpful and questioned me about all the details of the move. Scheduling was efficient and quick. Jeff and Mike showed up at the house, took there time (in a good way), looking over the job and preparing all surfaces in my house for an extremely safe move and they didn’t leave one single mark, dent or scratch on anything in my house. I mean when you think about it 750 lbs. on tile surfaces and 29 steps. You wouldn’t even know that they had been here at all, these guys are AWESOME! They bolted my safe down for me at no extra cost and even took away the pallet that the safe was shipped on. I highly recommend them, you can’t do any better!

Shep (owner) and the rest of the team were all very friendly and helpful during the buying and instillation process. One thing I really liked about the buying process was the sales people were never trying to up-​sell me just for the sake of getting more money from me. They were very helpful in explaining the difference types of safes available and the pros/​cons of each. Once I decided on a safe, Maximum Security Safes did a great job on the installation. They were really careful and made sure the safe was installed exactly how I wanted it.

Purchase experience was great. Delivery service was very poor. There were two delivery staff and one of them clearly did not want to do anything without receiving extra money. Even before they arrived, I had planned to generously tip them anyway (and still did) but one of them did not deserve it. But overall I felt pricing was good and sales staff was knowledgeable, just a very unusual experience with the delivery.

I purchased a Fort Knox safe (not from Maximum Security Safes) which was delivered to my house. I hired Maximum Security Safes to move it from my garage into my house, and set it up for me. It turned out to be a much harder job than I had originally anticipated, but they did a fabulous job. If you need a safe moved, I can heartily recommend Maximum Security Safes.

I was researching safes a few months ago and signed up for their email specials. I got an email a week ago stating that they had a great deal on AMSEC safes for 999.00 and decided to order one. I only had one day off to be home and wait for the delivery. I was able to purchase the safe online, and they called me the next day to discuss delivery options. They were able to accommodate my very tight schedule!
On delivery day the driver had great communication, calling me when they were 20 minutes away. The guys arrived on time and were extremely professional. I live in a 3 story town home and they had to negotiate a total of 29 steps. They arrived, unboxed, and delivered my safe upstairs in less than 30 minutes! They showed me how to change the combo and asked if I had any other questions, then they were on their way.
I can’t say a negative thing about them, everything was absolutely perfect from the purchase to the install! Thank you very much.

I’ll start off by saying I wasn’t exactly the ideal customer. I decided on a model, then changed my mind later. After changing my mind, I changed my mind about the locking mechanism.
Shep handled my calls and barrage of emails promptly and with a lot of patience. There was absolutely no pressure to go into a specific price point. Shep just detailed the differences and allowed me to go with my gut feeling. I highly recommend Maximum Security.

Prices are good but the showroom is small and there could be more selection on display. If you go in right before a gun show, you can get a discount. BE CAREFUL IF YOU WANT YOUR SAFE DELIVERED UPSTAIRS. I brought pictures in of my stairs and Shep (the owner) said «for those stairs, this safe is the right choice.» So I purchased an AMSEC TF5924 (a relatively small gun safe) and when the delivery guys got there, they couldn’t get it up my stairs. They took the safe back and gave me a full refund so points there. Then they said they had a smaller, similar safe (Winchester Deputy 10) but it wasn’t in stock and they would call me when it came in. After 2 months, no call, but I went in and they had it in stock. When I asked to purchase the safe, Shep accused me of bringing in «miss leading» photos of my stairs rather than taking ownership of the situation and acknowledging that he should have asked for measurements, etc. Despite Shep’s attitude, the new safe fit up my stairs and I am happy with the purchase.

Max Security is definitely the place to go! As we live in Texas it was not possible to see the safes in person but I was extremely pleased with the whole experience. After reviewing their website I gave them a call — Nancy was very personable and quite capable, pointing out various options and helping me configure the best safe for my needs. The safe was delivered several weeks later by an excellent team who really went above and beyond to make certain no floors or walls were damaged and the safe was positioned exactly where I choose. I would absolutely recommend Maximum Security Safe Co.

Wow, I must say I am quite impressed. I had nightmares thinking about moving my 850lb safe upstairs. It took me a month to find the right people and the best price. I didn’t want some low budget people moving this behemoth upstairs since it would instantly kill somebody if it fell. Finally I went with the company «Maximum Security Safes» after looking at all the options here in SoCal. Juan and Jeff showed up on time, were incredibly efficient and finished the job within 25 minutes. They didn’t leave one mark on the walls or the safe, and more importantly did it safely. If you are looking for a solid and reputable company, I would highly recommend these guys. Afterwards, I called the owner Shep and thanked him. Good job guys!!!

After searching for Safes and Orange County on the internet, I came across Maximum Security. I visited the store a few months ago to get an overview Shep the owner gave me a nice walk thru the different safe categories. After doing my research, I came back today to purchase a save and looking forward to get it delivered next week. They offer installation services in your house, which is a big plus, since a good safe weight a lot.
Maximum Security offers higher end safes. Of course they cost more than the plastic boxes you get at home improvement stores or Costco.
PS: I bought a used safe from their high-​end line, which saved me about 35% over a brand new safe.
